Bad experience, vehicles not as reserved, tires of such poor quality that they compromised safety. Hidden fees, more expensive than the competition. Poor service.

Slow service
Rented a mid-size vehicle in June 2022 from their location at Vancouver Cruise Port. Line-up at desk was long with only one agent servicing clients. Delays also to obtain car after a long haul flight. Rental price was considerably high and therefore service was to be better. Car was also quite old compared to vehicles offered by their competitors. Over-all a negative experience and will not rent from them again.
