Been researching with this company for a while! Great customer service & great prices! Shipping for me personally takes like 2 days, insane. Community with the company is so encouraging and supportive. I adore being able to be a part! Best around:)
First it was very expensive for just a couple of vials then, it took over 3 weeks to ship, i tried to get some customer service but no one helped me at all 0/10

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing our records, we see one order placed on June 20th that was never paid for, which is why it was not fulfilled or shipped. Additionally, we checked our support system and do not have any record or history of incoming emails regarding your order concerns.
We take customer service seriously and would love the chance to make this right or clarify any confusion. Please reach out to us directly at support@ascendinglabs.shop with your order details so we can investigate further and assist you!
Best regards,
