Amazing hosting, support and community
Bought Cloud hosting from Ascend.
So far it has been amazing, working as it should and if anything went wrong staff was always available to help out.
They are affordable and cheap yet deliver a lot for the price!
You get what you are promised and it just works.
And that is just the hosting side, Discord server is there for good support not only from the Ascend staff itself but also from the community which is friendly and knowledgeable.

Best Small Company Ever
I love Ascend. I currently have Webhosting with them which is advertised as UNLIMITED. Normally I wouldn't trust a company advertising "unlimited" specs, but I decided to take a chance on Ascend. Taking this is the best thing I've ever done. The hosting speeds are fast and amazing.
10/10 I would recommend this to anyone.

I got the VPS package from Ascend Host and its been great ever since!

Our fraud detection system evaluates multiple risk factors and blocks orders from customers that have provided, for example, a fake billing address. When this happens, a message is shown telling you to contact support, so we can intervene in the rare case our system evaluates something incorrectly. It does not seem like you did that, therefore when your order got automatically flagged and blocked, we could not help.
You're most welcome to try order again, ensuring all billing & other information is correct, and if your order gets flagged again, please open a support ticket.

Good, fast, cheap.
I've just started hosting my bot, and it's just-, well, kinda perfect, and the price! I was going to host a VPS on a other site(very, very, expensive) then I was just messing around on youtube and I found this hosting service, and well, my bot never got offline (hosting on glitch is very annoying) using AscedHost was a very good first choice , I opened a support ticket and they answered me in less then 1 minute! The price is just perfect, as I live on other country, the dollar and £ are very expensive, so almost all others hosting services weren't so acessible, but AscendHost, 2.55£ for 3 months! Just wow. A good hosting service, and I'm sure I'll continue hosting my server in it.

Please avoid, extremely unprofessional and complete amateurs at providing hosting services.
I purchased a "Tiny VPS" from AscendHost. Before making the purchase I started a live chat with the sales team who advised that this would suit my requirements and confirmed the guaranteed 300Mbps network speed.
After receiving the VPS from AscendHost I noticed it was running extremely slow and randomly crashing when just running the base OS with nothing installed. I installed Speedtest which showed on a test server with a ping of 4 the download speed was 129Mbps and 67Mbps upload.
Due to the above I raised a ticket with Technical Support reporting the server randomly crashing and the much slower than advised network speeds. I got a response from Matus Halh after 24 hours of waiting.
Matus said the following:
"This is not our fault and it's technical nature of it. 1 core of a 2.2GHz CPU cannot handle 300Mbps speeds"
"Regarding the technical support time: we don't guarantee any fast response and never claimed to have fast support. Please understand that it's the weekend, therefore support times are slower."
I have requested a full refund and I am currently waiting on a response as the server is advertised on the site as having a guaranteed speed of 300Mbps. I will update this review according if and when I get a response.

Virtual Private Servers were released as a fresh new product line just a few days ago. We're still making sure everything's absolutely perfect, for you to enjoy a truly premium service for a budget price, as we strive to do at AscendHost.
We have now added a notice to our website that VPS uplink speed is not guaranteed and may be limited by other factors than the actual internet speed of the VPS host machine. TCP/IP does in fact use a lot of CPU power, therefore your speed tests might have been bottlenecked by that.
However, later on, we ran some tests on your virtual server, and it was easy to reach speeds even higher than advertised by us, in the range of 300-500Mbps.
I advise you to run speedtests via reliable packages and servers, such as http://speedtest.tele2.net/. You can have a try for yourself with the following command:
wget -O /dev/null http://speedtest.tele2.net/10GB.zip
Please also reply to your open ticket in our Client Area, so we can discuss this further and make sure everything is running smoothly for you.
