Despite the reviews I took my chance after speaking with lovely sales team. The team who turned up to remove the garage roof were very polite, undertook the works in good time and left the garden clean and tidy. Thank you. I would recommend them as 1 bad team does not make a company bad.

Came to remove asbestos floor tiles from kitchen and bathroom. Turned up without the correct tools, went to screwfix and bought an SDS etc. Then proceeded to do the work without sealing the room or wetting area as described in the a23 HSE guideline. Made a lot of dust during the work. No PPE was worn throughout entire process.

They also damaged copper pipes in the concrete floor during the removal that were almost 10mm under the surface of the concrete.

Clean up was door with a brush and very quick 'wet' of area. Overall experience very very poor.

Absolute cowboys.

Found them online and Arranged for them to remove asbestos from our garage roof and internal tiles. Sent photos to the office of the task and told 'no problem'.
They quoted a full removal with certificates to be provided. A van with broken windows and two contractors arrived (I was away but my partner reported immediate concerns). I called for our builder to attend and he reported they were on the roof with no PPE (just a dust mask) using angle grinders to cut up the asbestos sheets. Also saw them drinking alcohol on the roof and smoking. Reported this to the company who stated they were shocked and would send a 'clean up team' asap. The work was completed and the cut up roof tiles were put in the rear of their van (all on our CCTV). The 'clean up team' consisted of 2 others the next day who ran a normal 'henry' type hoover around (they sent us video) and then left. At least they wore PPE. There was still lots of residual asbestos remaining and I reported this. They said a FURTHER team would attend. No one came.
To date no further correspondence apart from demands for payment. No certificates ever produced which makes us highly suspicious of where the asbestos actually was taken (quote stated it would be disposed of in accordance with the law). Having done some digging around they are NOT registered on Companies House (it's a gmail address)-this is depite them calling themselves a Limited Company on their website and invoicing. They have numerous governing bodies on their website and quotes-one of them is 'UKATA'. Having now checked the website for UKATA there is NO entry for Asbestos Team on their official register. I have spoken to them and they are aware and have told them to cease and desist using their logo.
Now in the process of escalating this to relevant authorities and HSE.
This is a dangerous rogue company that needs closing down as soon as possible and facing the music.
I have had to engage with an approved supplier who came and finally cleaned the site at a cost of a couple of thousand pounds. Asbestos Team are now sending demands for payment to me and I am seeking other advice.
Do NOT!!!!! engage with this company.

avoid at all costs. Practiced outside of their licence causing costly damages with asbestos remnants all over site. Very costly to rectify. Scam company. promised a refund which never materialised. Now the HSE are investigating them

Our experience with Asbestos Team was horrendous. We originally came across them through another company name otherwise I would have seen these reviews and avoided in the first place.

We were advised that we wouldn't need to move anything out to have out asbestos cement ceilings removed and that our possessions would be protected from damage. We were pressured to pay that evening before having a chance to see the work.

When we came home everything was covered in ceiling dust, it looked like a bear that had been living in a coal mine had rampaged through the house. The contractors had been using our garden to burn the wooden ceiling batons and from the temperature of the ashes had left it burning unattended. We had to replace out mattresses and spend the next 5 days cleaning everything. The carpet and sofa are still stained with black dust patches. There were still pieces of asbestos cement left in the house.

It took 6 weeks to get our waste certificate from them, after constant chasing and excuses. We were told that we would receive a call from their "CEO" to discuss compensation but this has not happened. We were told a team would be sent round to conduct a full environment clean, this has also not happened.

The stress and frustration this company have caused us unbelievable. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Collection of asbestos has been booked for a specific day and time and confirmed by the business owner via email.
Out of the sudden they called me when I was on holiday and wanted to collect the asbestos early. As the property was locked and I was away it did not happen.

Nobody turned up on the day the collection was booked.

No communication whatsoever, no reply to my message and email.

Messed my mum around - no-show twice and sent her a bill! Ridiculous. I’ve looked into them myself and they’re not accredited in any way and the address on the website doesn’t exist. Also has spelling mistakes, seem very dodgy.

I agree with the review below. Flash website, but the company seems to basically consist of one bloke and someone in the office. They removed the asbestos (eventually) but they've failed to send me the certificate. I've chased them up for seven weeks. Yesterday I rang 11 times but still no joy. They've given me every excuse in the book, but still no certificate. The relevant authorities should be informed.

Very unprofessional company I've had the misfortune to deal with. Garage roof removal of corrugated cement asbestos. Initial contact had to wait 2 weeks for a Saturday slot, no show and upon contacting helpline 3 times and promised a call back to let me know what was happening, nobody did. Come Monday did receive an email apologising and to rearrange for following Saturday, thought I would give another go, emailed them again Thursday to confirm that they would be coming, confirmed they would, lo and behold no show again, tried their helpline 08000418212 almost seemed was getting hung up on, sent them an email and have had no further response. They have now put me behind a month schedule and no apology or explanation. I have never experienced such bad service, the company looks professional on website and that's as far as it goes from my personal experience. Will never use this company and will advise others to be very weary of even contacting this firm.
