Kept me on the hook for 5 days to not fulfill at last minute.

Kept me on the hook for 5 days saying they would be able to provide an order and it's normal to not have it booked yet to find out with 25 mins left in business day prior to needing the order the following Monday. I called several times throughout the week and not til Friday at 4:30 est upon my intiated call they informed me they would not be able to fulfill the order.

1. They put you on hook for 50% if you cancel.
2. They keep you on the hook up until 1 business day prior to order needing to be delivered.

Basically this gives the customer inability to cancel at all and find another order. (The manager on the call said that the clause below is only to protect them but is usually not implemented)

"Refund and Cancellation of Orders.
Any cancellation inside of 24 hours of delivery is non-refundable, all others may receive a 50% refund.
Terms and Conditions

I have to call them every single week…

I have to call them every single week to ask them to come do the cleaning service. It's unacceptable I don't need to be reminding them to do their job. And it's Friday and they still didn't show up to clean it.

Adding extra time that we did not want

Update: We called twice with no explanation. However, after leaving this review, Jason quickly called me back with a reasonable, thorough explanation and offered a solution that we found acceptable. We appreciated his quick response.

We rented a port a potty for 1 month with a specific pickup date. A few days before the end of the month, we received an email stating that a second month was going to be charged and we had 5 days to submit a cancellation. We did this and received an automated response that it was "being considered". There is nothing to consider. We did not request a second month. They ended up charging for the second month anyway. We have now called them twice to dispute, demand a refund of the second month we did not want, and expect a pickup. The only answer we get is that it is under review.

I do see the online reservation dates your organization selected as seen as 7/19 delivery and 8/16/2023 pick-up. Per the rental reservation the rental bills every 28 days. In selecting the 8/16 pick-up date pushed the rental into (2) two billing cycles. Thus the rental was invocied and billed to you for this second cycle.

With consideration I find the pick-up date to be in a reasonable grace period. I'm granting a discretionary credit and refund for the dates as outlined. I appreciate your time on the phone in discussing this with me this afternoon.

Horrible experience with this company

Update:
Jason righted this situation and had the full dumpster hauled off. It was a rough experience to say the least. Hopefully corrections are made to their site and hopefully something more than reflective stickers are included on dumpsters to clearly indicate a load line.

Horrible experience with this company. Do not use, please! No reasonable delivery window given for a homeowner, wrong dumpster delivered (ordered clean concrete/dirt roll-off for stumps 7' tall,, 8'wide, 23' long) instructions at delivery (of wrong size dumpster 4.5' tall,, 8' wide,, 20' long) were, "nothing over edges, no height limit". There is no "max load line" on this dumpster...even the guy who came to pick it up (Anthony) said he had never seen a dumpster w/o a "max load sticker."
Office refuses to assist with a reasonable solution. Had they delivered the right size dumpster, there would be no issue and since the drop off driver said no height restriction, we loaded it the way we needed to load it with stumps.

I sent an e-mail specifically to you outlining the federal DOT trucking regulations that all dumpster companies have to abide by. I also set up a meeting to for us to talk directly about the resolution options we can offer.

The equipment delivered has a capacity of 20 yards, your order was for a smaller 10 yard capacity; no additional charges were invocied for this product upgrade. Dumpster manufacture's have slightly different variations to physical dimensions, but all units are classified to a minimum hauling capacity as calculated by the length, width and height.

No show

We were given a 12 hour window for the delivery of our porta potty that we had reserved 2 weeks prier. We were required to be there when they arrived. we waited 12 hours but they never showed up. Never informed us that they would not be delivering the port potty. This was a formal event in a field with big tents and NO porta potty.

We learned a very important lesson - do not reserve a porta potty through a 3rd party. They are just middle. They were not able to find a local company to fill the order and did not have the decency to let us know. I'm guessing this is not the first time.

Do not book here- well, maybe!

Do not book here. Don't answer the phone. Paid for rush job and have zero confidence it will happen. Go LOCAL. This is only a broker service. Trying to get my portapotty there today and no one answers customer service in the middle of the day. Wish I had checked here first.
AMENDED. They do try. They do have personalized customer service. They did fix a mistake and refunded my rush fee. I was the one in a rush- limited availability in my area. It was easier to book with them than UNITED who took forever to get back to me. So Thank you, ASAP. You do have some really nice folks working customer service. Changed my stars to 3 stars.

DO NOT BOOK HERE

We scheduled a delivery 05/30 to be delivered 06/02 for a project we start 06/05. They cancelled on us the day of the delivery, 06/02, AFTER having already confirmed and charged us for the services they promised. Now we have to pay for rush fees to start our project on time due to their inconsistency. Do not book here.

Absolute Worst Experience

I schedule for ASAP to deliver toilets to a remote campsite in Moab, Utah for a trip of 200 people 5 weeks prior to the event date. Initially scheduling was easy enough. The person I spoke with was kind and well spoken, but it was clear there was an issue with the company because they had information in there system attached to my phone number that was not me or ever associated with my organization. It was uncomfortable to think I was giving them contact and payment information when there information is so mismanaged. Then I never received any confirmation of payment, delivery date, or any evidence that I spoke with them. I was concerned I was working with a fraudulent company so I called them within 24 hours (just in case the email confirmation was delayed.) They informed me they still had the wrong contact information despite me walking through every email and number with them. Once contact information was 'corrected' I didn't receive any confirmation or follow up emails in preparation of the trip until THE DAY BEFORE where they told me they were going to put me on a wait list for delivery. I told them I wasn't sure I wanted to be on a wait list because I don't know how long the wait list is (hours? days? weeks?) and they said if I was on the waitlist I would be charged even if they don't deliver on my dates. I asked for the haulers' information so that I could contact them and ask about how the waitlist works and what I could expect and they refused. I insisted that I required that information before I could agree to moving forward. They still refused but said they would call the hauler. 6 hours later they called me back to tell me I wouldn't receive the delivery for TWO WEEKS! I CANNOT understand how a company would agree to provide services that THEY NEVER CONFIRMED! I was APPALLED! I canceled services that day (and booked with I Got Poop who was incredible) and still did not receive any confirmation information of the cancellation. I continued to follow up to ensure a full refund and proof of cancellation. Again, they had the wrong contact information and have yet to provide an official receipt of refund. This was the most unprofessional, disorganized organization I have worked with for major event organization. It feels like a scam to work with them.

Reasonable prices up front, fraudulent charges afterwards.
New venue hoping I found a supplier for many future events, but definitely will not use ASAPsiteservices again.
