God bless Latoya. She came through for my wife and I when we were at our lowest as first time buyers. Here's how:
My wife got a mortgage deal with a certain renowned mortgage company. I thought to do some due diligence and that is how I stumbled across Latoya of Alexander Southwell Mortgage Services on Google. Her speed and accuracy is breathtaking. Her offer was comparatively similar to what wifey was offered so I decided to go with wifey's mortgage broker and notified Latoya. Thing is, Latoya expressed no feeling of disappointment, instead she wished us well adding her doors would remain open should we change our mind or need further advice. Little did I know I just shut the door on who would later turn out to be my saviour because fast track to almost 8 weeks later, wifey's mortgage company let us down as our mortgage application was cancelled by the lender. Worse still, wifey's brokers did not know of this cancellation outcome until I chased things up a week after the cancellation occurred!
As soon as this devastating news was confirmed, I sent Latoya an email out of hours to which she promptly responded. Next day, she submitted another mortgage application on our behalf with an even better rate! This was approved within one week! Now you understand why I started out by saying "God bless Latoya".
