Firstly the attention of the coach to small details, that was the point that I liked the most, the coach helped me to correct small details on my diet and technique during my training session, that I still following.
Overall, the service was good and I appreciate the effort and support from my coach. The workouts were well-structured for general health and fitness, and I think they can work well for many people. However, as an athlete with more specific performance goals, I felt that some of the exercises could have been better aligned with my needs and objectives, so the program didn’t always feel fully personalized for me.”
