Aryellys place…
I ordered something from Aryellys place through Walmart.com and realized it was only a lamp; 12" in height; (which was not in the description until my order was complete), so I asked to cancel it within 2 minutes of purchasing. Walmart sent the message to them and said they would contact me within 48 hours, still no response after 72 hours and they have shipped it, deducting the amount from my bank account. Never contacting me AT ALL. Don not recommend them! Customer service is horrible

Hello, we are very sorry about your experience. Walmart just recently created a seller message center and probably we did not get the message on time. We try to process the orders as soon as we receive them in order for our clients to get the items quickly. We do not deduct money from any account, we only process the orders after the Walmart platform receives them, charge the clients and send them to us and they pay us only after the client received the item. With a simple return of the order a refund is issued, no questions ask for 30 days after receiving the product.
