I have nothing but high praise for Arum and their colleagues. They are professional, knowledgeable and always eager to support and go the extra mile when needed. Arum colleagues in my team are very knowledgeable, supportive and approachable. They come across very passionate in providing information and fixing issues related to the debt management system. Arum colleagues in my team have a very high work ethic and made several contributions to enhancing colleagues and customer experience. Ash & Leslie are new to the debt management system and very surprised how quickly they picked up all the required skills to support the team in an efficient manner.Newsha was very instrumental in helping the girls in upskilling and supporting them whenever they require a little bit of steer or support. On the whole, Arum provided excellent support and top class service and hope to see together will make many more meaningful contributions to the customers and colleagues in the coming years. It's been a pleasure working with the Arum team. The process of agreeing a contract was easy. I was in regular contact with the account management throughout, who quickly responded to our queries. I'm looking forward to working with Arum and maximising our potential.

The first real direct involvement with ARUM personally, during a time where their focus previously hasn't necessarily been directed at some members of LBG (no fault of ARUM). The recent dealings, DMR training in Wolverhampton, I found outstanding. It was quite possibly the most comprehensive training I’ve ever had on DMR. The presentation, content, and knowledge share was brilliant. Dom Penfold himself is an absolute star as well – knowledgeable, patient, always courteous and generally an asset to any company.

My words at the end of today was obviously a “thank you” but also that I’ve been crying out for some training like this for years (literally) – kudos to the ARUM team for facilitating and making the time for us here in the midlands. – Truly grateful.

These guys are the very friendliest people with marvellous manners and a 'can do' attitude. They keep returning to the company I work for as they are trusted pilots; pilots of the knowledge plane.
