Ive ordered a kerala Nilavilaku and was promised the delivery in a week. And thats the reason we ordered in first place. Its been 3 weeks and not delivered yet. We are closely following up and the only response we get is the courier is not picked up. Is this a reason to tell the customwr for 3 weeks?
Very disappointed in the customer care and product delivery. Im now worried if I'll get the product and hope it's not a scam.

Product quality and delivery is good. Just they need to update website need products and immediate Email response.

It’s a fake one don’t order anything in it I have ordered a product on February and not yet delivered they respond from only what’s app and they will tell they will check but no response at all and they didn’t even lift the cal

The products which I got is good. I have ordered some of return gifts for my engagement. Received in a good way. After done pre-payment I was worried after sometime will get or not but as promised, I have received my return gift. By pricing is good and package is also in a good way. Customer support through email is smooth and convenient. The recommended person name Venkatesh Armugam is keep in touch until the product is delivered. My suggestion is to update the tracking directly through website itself than email for bulk orders also.

Recently purchased a decorative wall clock for new apartment.. I had gone through review after placing order. But felt are they for real? But when I received the wall clock I was impressed. I think I will be shopping with artycraftz in future.

Really got good experience with these guys. I thought after reading all the reviews whether shall I get my products or not but thankful to god I have received the items. The products for my marriage and received before 2 days itself before my marriage. One suggestion is that they has to update their website artycraftz.com. Anyway Thanks.
