Great service
Great service, timing and product. I did have an issue with the front of one of my dining chairs, and they immediately followed up with a replacement option with no questions asked. I will buy again from them.

Excellent product and service
I ordered a queen-size bed on Friday night - it was delivered by truck the next Friday at noon (I was not expecting such a quick turnaround time). I needed to communicate with someone at Artum Hill regarding my payment method - the person who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of me without delay. And the bed...I haven't felt this good at 6 AM in years!
The bed was not hard to assemble - I would recommend that you have someone to help hold large pieces together while bolts/screws are inserted and tightened. I put the bed together myself, so it's possible, but it would have been faster with two people.
Another note - the assembly instructions are packed neatly and securely - I could say innocuously, because I had trouble finding the booklet! Had I removed *everything* from the packaging I would have found the instructions right away.
The bed itself is very nice - the components are solid and the finishing/detail was done with care. The price was better than any bed I could have purchased locally (and yes, I've been looking for several weeks). I would patronize Artum Hill again, no question about it.

Better than expected
I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the sofa and loveseat set. The sofa looks amazing and fits very well into the space. The love seat matches perfectly as well. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The constraining stitching looks really good and in the picture it’s hard to see the light brown accent stripes between the stitching on the arms and the front of the seat cushions. The communication about delivery times and dates was clear. The only complaint I have is that it’s curbside delivery….but I was ok with it because shipping is free, so it makes up for the curbside delivery. The truck driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I will purchase from Artum Hill again!
