Made an order of some brushes. Never received them. Following quite a negative review here on TrustPilot they did get in touch with me and the matter was resolved satisfactorily. Matter seemed to have stemmed from a glitch in communications. I have used this company before and have always been happy with any orders I made. I will continue to use the company in future despite a glitch which was probably more a fault of the courier.

I love this online shop for the quickness of delivery and variety of products and have bought many products BUT I dropped one star because the website is just awful to navigate. I’ve often bought from another source because it’s quicker to navigate . It would be so easy just to make the search so that you put the paint colour ( for instance ) in the search engine and it brings up that colour across all manufacturers, but no , you have to then choose a manufacturer and scroll through all the paint colours ( because the search engines under individual manufacturers don’t seem to work ) It makes soo frustrating !

Great service

I bought some Derwent pencils. Arrived quickly, very well packaged. Secure in a box with several layers to keep them safe. The pencils are similar price to the museum in Keswick I usually buy from. I'll be using Bromley again. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using Bromleys and I was so pleased that I will definitely be using them again.
I made an order at 3pm on Monday afternoon using the free ( over £25 ) letterbox delivery system, the day after it was despatched to me and at 10 am on Thursday it was delivered.
The parcel was well wrapped and there was no damage to the contents.

Ive enjoyed dealing with Bromley’s Art Supplies. At times they’ve had items available that were difficult to get hold of. Ive recently boosted my supply of Caran D’Ache Museum Aquarelle pencils and even when there’s a few they always arrive in good time, and very well-wrapped. When I originally phoned for advice, Bromley’s were very helpful too. So all around great service and superb customer service.
