Giovani was extremely helpful in walking me through how to upload new photos of art work and to explain a tool in the back end that I wasn't even aware of! All was addressed in a really timely manner. I always get awesome responses!

Should have done it sooner!

I can't believe I didn't set up a website sooner. Had I known how easy it would be working with Art Storefronts I would have done it years ago. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. So excited to see what the future brings for my photography! Thank you!

First of all let me tell you that I was…

First of all let me tell you that I was beyond frustrated. I was not able to do what I needed to do on the site and unfortunately my work hours collide with ASF's hours and it was hard for me to make a zoom because of work. Jona was beyond helpful and patient. Don't ever let her go. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was doing and made sure I had no further questions. Top rated all the way

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I placed an order that should have had plenty of time to arrive before two of my biggest shows of the year but will not. They then offered me my money back and to still send the items when they are done! Who does that? Art Storefronts and Gooten that is who!

ArtStoreFronts customer service is…

ArtStoreFronts customer service is remarkable. Their response time is exemplary. Whenever I have a question about an order from the fulfillment vendor, or I need to change or cancel a customer's order. They are right there, with all the information and help I need. Checking back with me in between to make sure I was taken care of. Going above and beyond. I trust ASF and I am so glad to have their help in making sure my art gets to the people who love it.

I'm hopeless at marketing and social…

I'm hopeless at marketing and social media... I love my work, but just needed a bit of help selling my images. A dedicated website to do this is just what I need and Artstorefronts have the expertise, the patience and the desire to help artists like me make more of an impact... They've been so helpful and patient with me, and I now have a great storefront, a jazzed up social media presence and will hopefully start to sell more work!

ASF understands the challenges for…

ASF understands the challenges for artists, ie.moving "Right brain to the left," in order to handle Tech. stuff!
They are well prepared for educating artists on the 'HOW TO's of website set up. They are polite & courteous & especially patient, when we, being artists feel overwhelmed at the onslaught of information coming at us, as we proceed through the introductory process. Webinars , tech, marketing support is right there at our fingertips, if we need help. I just wish I had had a handbook that would explain the process from beginning to the Launch of the website, as I had no clue as to why I kept being forwarded to different links & websites for set up.Go Daddy was straightforward but why put us through 'torture' to deal with Microsoft 365, NOT USER friendly at all, totally AI, & in addition there is no human being to talk to. It is an exasperating process. Each website is also out to sell to you too.
Artstorefronts adheres to 'relationship' building, which for me is the essence of marketing and human connection. We are meant to work together.

A Very Happy Client

I am not a tech expert, I am a photographer and artist. I am pleased to say that the handholding I have received and the prompt attention to my queries has been first rate. So far I am extremely pleased with the progress we have made and I look forward to interacting with a lot of Clients in days/weeks and years to come.

One of the great things about Art…

One of the great things about Art Storefronts is the tech support. While it isn't promised on weekends, when the auto system doesn't completely help, there are people that come through. That's great because I do a lot of tech work on weekends.

Arty is a great Help!

Arty comes up with some great ideasfor posts and marketing that I would have never thought off. This service saves a lot of time and energy that I can put towards the work I love doing.Which isn't sitting in front of a computer LOL!!!

Extra Mile I was having a hard time asking my…

I was having a hard time asking my questions correctly, so I was not able to get the information I needed from AI. The great thing is that I was able to connect with Hazel who went the extra mile to walk me through the entire process that I was having trouble with. Her extra effort and timely responses are very helpful.

Juan, an amazing marketer

Juan is an amazing source to not only know what to do to find and grow my audience, but he made me believe again in the passion and power in Art. He took his time and with great patience, an amazing personality and charm, held my hand in step by step and considering not overwhelming me with too many tasks, but to target the right steps to grow my Artwork. A great decision


I signed up for Art Storefronts two weeks ago - it was a big decision that I made after a zoom call, finding out about the company and it was the most money I have spent on my hobby as a retired teacher and amateur painter. But so I have had no regrets about it at all - the experience so far has been so supportive, with such helpful staff, full of encouragement and happy to be working at your own pace, with no questions too silly to ask... and the discovery of Arty, an AI advisor which has been such an eye opener.
My website is almost ready and I will be wonderfully surprised when my art actually starts selling - but up to now, I have no doubt that choosing to sign up was a great decision.

I have upgraded by rating from 1 to 3. I still think there is lots of room for improvement. The art administrative website needs updating - it is clunky to use.

CoPilot - make sure it is well understood before buying. What it does and doesn't do.

ArtHelper - An interesting new capability but very time consuming until it is fully integrated with the storefront.

Support can be slow but once you get it the people are excellent.

I am keeping my original notes below. I hope someday to modify to a higher level but I am not ready to do that.

There is so much possibility with ASF - and I respect those that it worked for. For me it is a total disaster and an expensive one.

The sales guy told me that CoPilot would take care of everything and all I needed to do was create and upload good content. What a lie. What CoPilot does to is upload to FB and IG. That's it.

The website design is at least 10 years old and very difficult to manage and navigate.

They have added a new AI evaluation tool that pushes info via email- and it does nothing but lie in the email headers, doesn't reveal that it is an AI, and spams constantly. They also charge for it - it should be included as part of the CoPilot process.

Support is slow. I sent many emails - and nothing.
