Do not use this site for anything. Total scam and I couldn't cancel it for the following year either, luckily I used paypal and cancelled that. What a waste of $60 for paying the dumb tax. I take responsibility for not checking this site out. Total scam!
This appears to be a scam website designed to harvest email addresses. The site is not properly set up and does not function as expected. It’s safest to stay away.

Looks like a genuine site, and it once probably was, given the YouTube training videos and number of members. However, there has been no activity on the Facebook page since 2023, no new videos and no way any one will ever reply to messages. There's no way to contact them on the website - just an email address that comes with the welcome email. Looks like the site is running itself, with automated member messages, welcome emails. I wasted a year's subscription - which I have now cancelled. DON'T sign up here.

I too -can’t figure out how to unsubscribe and I believe the other negative reviews…. So I’m not going to bother.
Signed up as a vendor, immediately discovered that just to go to the dashboard was a unsafe link so I couldn't finish. Probably just as well because now I see there is no way to contact anyone!!! I think this is a scam site. I had no safe way to delete my account. I'm just glad they only have my first name and email. So I renamed as much as possible with dummy info...
I honestly had a super bad time at that platform. the tagging system is a joke, the site is a mess. and every time I tried using it I experienced that stuff didn't update, that stuff didn't delete, and that the site timeouted. The interface is impossible and the minimum pricing is ridicolous, who pays 5 quid for a PNG file? - I honestly can't recall a worse online service ever. don't give them your money, ever. not as a vendor, not as a customer.
I deleted my account I think, I don't know tbh, cause I can't delete my uploads, I can't make them drafts again, only thing I CAN do is to end my subscription. I will keep an eye on it, and I do hope it's deleted as I wanted it to be.
