Fantastic customer support from Nina Müller
I bought two inflatable kayaks (Sevylor Yukon 2 Person Kayak Inflatable Boat) from Arts Outdoors. Purchasing and delivery were smooth. It arrived on time with no issues.
One of the kayaks unfortunately arrived with some manufacturing defects. I sent it back and received a refund without any issues, dealing directly with Nina Müller. She was very helpful and got things sorted in a timely manner. Communication was easy, with fast replies and helpful information. I simply provided my order number and a few photos of the defects, and she immediately arranged for the return and refund.
Almost two years later, the bottom part of the kayak we kept developed a fault. As it was still under warranty, I asked for a replacement part. I dealt with the same person, Nina Müller, and once again she sorted everything out without any problems and in a timely manner. Delivery and the refund were once again smooth.
I'm very impressed by her service. Fantastic customer support!
