AOPS is a SCAM

AOPS is a SCAM. Half their "class" is having the kids work on their homework. Even if the kids beg for more instruction, they are told to apply what they were told. Wasked for a refund for the rest of this $900 class and they are not offering any refund.
We are contacting our CC company and considering legal action.

Badd

Extremely boring, also the teacher doesn't even speak. Teaches you nothing. The YouTube video has autism.

Disorganized, unstructured work environment

The leadership team of the Saratoga campus at Aops is completely disorganized, hardly visible. The supervisor always expects everyone to figure things out without any formal training, is not very approachable and does not have manners and social ethics in talking to staff. There has been no positive praise for work performance. There is no room for growth into a full time role. Future parents/ employees do not apply to this Saratoga academy, where the environment is very toxic, where your work will not be appreciated.

Unreasonable cancellation of class and lack of notification

My child's Aops math class, scheduled for this Sunday, August 31st, was canceled due to Labor Day.

First, Labor Day is on September 1st. Why was the August 31st class canceled? Second, the institution only sent out one email notification and no other forms of communication. As a result, my elementary school-aged child was dropped off by their transportation service and left alone outside the classroom for an hour and a half, as they had forgotten to bring a watch or any other communication device to contact us.

I hope that in similar situations, the institution will not only use email but also provide a second notification the day before the cancellation via text, voicemail, or a call. This would prevent similar incidents from happening again.

customer support is so poor

customer support is so poor! Tried to enroll an online class, the online payment failed again and again after tried different credit card and debt cards. also tried to call customer service several times, no one picked up the calls, always asked me to leave a voice service. Also sent multiple emails to the tech support, the tech support sent many useless emails to me, saying my payment info is not right. I used exact the same address and card i used last time, even my bank said nothing is wrong with my card.
Useless support, wasted my whole day on this!
No one care pick up the call or go to the bottom of the issue! what a horrible customer service!
