I actually saw the bracelet stack on an ad and loved them instantly. I ordered them as a gift for a friend and was so pleased when they arrived! Not only stunning, but well made. She was thrilled with the gift. I would describe the pieces as classic and substantial.

Every piece of jewelry that I have ordered from this brand is beautiful. I love the quality and heaviness of the pieces and I love mixing and layering the necklaces. Also the jewelry looks WAY more expensive than it actually is.

Always a little hesitant to buy something that I see online. But this necklace kept coming up on my feed and I decided to go for it. I am so happy I did. It is absolutely perfect. I haven’t taken it off. Quality is amazing. Everything I had hoped it would be.

Do not waste your money. The quality of this jewelry is one step above what you would find in a dollar store. The material is so light and plastic like it’s shocking they charge what they do. The marketing is beautiful and it stops at that. Do no buy!!!?

I ordered a bracelet and received the wrong one. Customer service was super quick to help me get the correct one ordered, and I returned the other one and was credited back. I wear my bracelet almost every day!

The necklace I purchased from Artizan Joyeria was very nice at first. In the FAQ's and as advertised, it says it will not tarnish. The necklace gradually tarnished over a period of three months and then broke in half at the connection between the chain and the pendant connector. I emailed with photos to Artizan Joyeria three times over a period of six weeks and never received a response. The marketing is misleading and the customer service is terrible.

My experience with Artizan Joyeria has been nothing but absolutely exceptional. A friend of mine introduced me to the website and I immediately fell in love with the jewelry. I’ve not only ordered a couple of pieces for myself, but I’ve ordered it for a friend of mine for her birthday. Initially, I ordered bracelets and she said she would prefer a necklace the Customer Service team at Artizan Joyeria we’re amazing. They immediately assisted me with my return and it was completely stress-free. I would recommend this company with the highest regard for their quality and customer service.

I really like the bracelet I bought. I wear it often, if not everyday, with a stack of other bracelets in my collection. The mixed metals on the bracelet are complementary to a fluid look using silver or gold. It's durable against my body creams and lotions I wear, the whole nine! I really feel like this is a quality piece and am happy I the purchase.

I left a review for my jewelry in the website but it was never published. So first of all, the shipping was really fast and the bracelet I received was gorgeous- I was so excited for it. It was the two-toned Ischia bracelet. But I was rather disappointed with how quickly the gold plated parts rubbed off. Now it just looks like a full silver bracelet. I only had it for two months, so that type of thing happened a lot quicker than I would have expected. I don’t know if it’s a defective batch, but I was definitely disappointed with it. It’s still beautiful- but silver and dull where the gold came off.

Ordered a necklace, lovely, screw came out of it after a short while- they charged me $20 for a new screw for me to fix it! Then, ordered a bracelet. Again, lovely. Fell off after two days and is now lost because of it. Wrote a negative review for their website and they didn’t post it bc they only post 5 star reviews for themselves.

The customer service is nonexistent and the pieces are difficult!! I will never purchase from this company again!!!

The pieces of jewelry I have ordered from Artizan Joyeria are nothing short of stunning! They are modern and classic all in one beautiful design. The quality is amazing and I can't say enough about their customer service and communication. HIGHLY recommend . . . you won't be disappointed!

I bought the bubble tennis bracelet and I'm very happy with my purchase. came in the mail quickly came with box and care sheet aswell as a velvet bag to store it in. Super sparkly and shines brighter than my natural diamond jewelry :)
