They offer a review service basically…

They offer a review service basically for cash. Once you send in your track it takes them week and more to process it. Then after they do, they say they will get to it immediately. For you to wait 3 more weeks and get email that they finally listened to it and they will get back to you in 2 weeks or not even at all. Even tho you have paid money for the review. So if you as a consumer get nothing back, what is exactly the purpose?
