I ordered a Roses and Music Swing Dress from Artistic Pod - the music art company. What they sent has little resemblance to the pictured item. The cut of the dress is hideous. The whole dress is hideous. They contacted me and I responded that the dress wasn’t right. They wrote back that they delivered the dress I ordered and won’t make a refund.

This is a terrible company! I ordered merchandise months ago and it has not been received totally just over $95.00. Their phone number 800-232-5469 to contact does not return messages, nor do they respond to emails. They don't even deserve 1 star! I wish there was a way to stop them, as this appears to be quite consistent against Americans! I did not realize that they were based out of China!!! What appears to be 2 separate companies is one company that just takes the money and is not delivering merchandise.

This is a scam company - they took they money and then said they do not have the item and now won't return the money WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - liars and thieves

Ordered Feb. 10, 2021, absolutely NO MENTION of extended shipping time until after payment was submitted. Received over 6 weeks later.
Skirt was cheaply made, which was fine because it'll be worn once for a costume and does fit; tea cup/saucer/spoon were nice but arrived one month after the birthday for whom gift was bought.
Surprised I received anything after then seeing so many scam reviews.

SO MANY spam calls/texts after order.

This company is the absolute WORST. They messed up my address on purpose so they could keep the money or try to get more to reship. Who honestly messes up their own address? Then they want to argue about it. Don't buy... you WILL get screwed over.

Ordered for Christmas. After order placed learned would take much longer so cancelled part of order. They texted the order was cancelled but never refunded money. Have contacted them repeatedly. Will report to Better Business Bureau and dispute charge on my card.

This is a SCAM, don’t buy
They have nobody to answer your emails. They don’t send your stuff before 6 months. If you ever receive all your stuff (which I still haven’t) the sizes are for miniature Asians. Their XL hoodie for adult man was good for my 7 year old. Short, tight, and extremely cheaply looking. I have not received my other products yet but I’m pretty much sure they will be crap (even if I receive them AFTER 6 MONTHS and keep on going).

This is a scam. They never delivered the goods with excuses of "it takes 6 weeks to get the goods from China (I live in HK!), saying goods were returned and to check my address", etc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A FRAUD

I ordered merchandise back in April that I've never received.

I ordered two items on April 8, 2020. I received one item that ws broken 44 days later. I am still awaiting the second item 59 days later. I have called and emailed, but no reply. Of course this is a chinese company that cars nothing for it's customers. Wish I had known they were such scam artists earlier. Please don't spend your hard earned money with these people

RIP off merchants I ordered cassette mat before Christmas and still waiting after emailing they send false tracking say on the way, this has been going on since December and still no sign no refund just excuses .
Wont use them again and advice that you dont either just scam .

I’d give a zero if I could. Unfortunately I made a purchase before seeing these reviews. I’ve been trying to cancel my purchase, but am discovering that their phone number isn’t even a legitimate number. I get routed to some med alert service...? I’ve tried to email them using various email addresses that I’ve found, but I don’t believe I’ll get any kind of a response. I have contacted my credit card company and was told to submit a dispute once the charge is posted. Too bad something can’t be done about these scam artists!

These people are just internet thieves do not touch them they just stel your money and give out false excuses. I have them being investigated now and will return with further information, this is just the beginning.

This company is the same as ArtisticPod... which is a scam organization. They do not deliver the items you order, and do not refund your money. I'm not sure they actually exist. If you order from them and don't get your items, immediately dispute the charge on your credit card.

Ordered a watch from them they sent me the wrong one contacted customer service through email no issues they apologized for the mix up and are sending the right watch ASAP they don’t want the wrong watch back, good customer service
