Fraud
I ordered 3 lamps by the shop on 29.07.2014 and sent money to the account of the shop. Still have I neither the lamps nor money back. Every week ask I by the shop, when I will get the items, and get the answer "Next week". On my email with requirement to cancel the order and send money back I get no answer at all.
The phone number on the home page is wrong, it's impossible to call them.
My next steps: I will put police and lawyer.

you did the order at the end of July and companies closed the first day of August and opened the first of September so some late it was possible unfortunatley.
Our phone number is correct, we receive a lot of rings everyday.
For Foscarini articles we said you that they arrive to us today and we can send it to you in 24h.
For Artemide you choosed a new and a LED article from which company had a lor of requests and it has some late in delivery.
If you want we can send you the 2 Foscarini Articles between tomorrow and Monday and if you don't want to waiting for else, we can do your money back only for Artemide article.
we are so sorry for these problems.
