I have ordered from them twice now, the first was a smooth experience, brushes arrived and have quickly become my favourite, easy to work with, always a have a nice point, they are my go to brushes and I really like the brush cleaner too, keeps the brushes clean and helps them handle the abuse of metallic paints and contrast pains.

Second experience is what I want to focus on though as it wasn’t smooth at all (user error) my address didn’t auto fill which led to my second order never arriving.

At the time I hadn’t realised my mistake, so after over a week of waiting I reached out to them. I got a same day reply within the hour by Connie, she looked into the issue, and quickly offered a resolution.

Despite the error being my fault Connie was super polite and profess and happy to send out the order again.

Such good service and a reminder as to why I will be ordering my brushes from them in the future. Sometimes it’s not just the prospect you are paying for but the service too and in this case it has been worth the extra.

Great delivery time. Really nice set that shouts quality as soon as the brush box presents itself. Lovely brushes. Used them for a few months since I actually recieved them but I woudnt use other brushes now. Perfect for miniature painting. 👍

Royal mail were bit slow with delivery and this was a birthday present.
Spoke with Luke who was a star - he reordered item - I got it next day.
Then I just returned the original item.

I ordered two brushes, they arrived quickly and were well packaged. I tried them out that night and finished a model I had previously base coated. I must say the Series S are great quality brushes. They both held a good volume of paint and the tips were very fine. I am happy with the whole transaction.

Ordered a No 2 S series brush. Fast shipping and packaged well. Quality of the brush is phenomenal, thoroughly enjoying using it (already basically replaced all of them). Great for any kind of brush work you'll need, holds shape and tip exceptionally well. Overall 10/10 experience, will be looking into more brushes.

My brush arrived is good condition with fast shipping. Packahibg was very minimal, but it held up.

Now for the products.
Been using D & S Series now sometime and i can say they change how i paint guite a lot, even that i am a beginner/noob mini painter.

The D-Series + texture pallet is just amazing combo, simple as that. These brushes are the reason why i have fell in love in drybrushing. It took a little time to get the basics down but it felt so much easier with this combo than my earlier drybrush setup. Just pure joy.

The S-Series are my new detail work tools and size 3 is my basecoat beast when i want those very smooth layers. With size 2 i can do eyes easy. These are much better feeling than my W&N Series7 ( these are now my "rough" work horses) and the bristles feel much more higher quality. For little comparison:

S-Series
-Softer bristles.
-Sharper points.
-Easier to get much more thinner layers. (Thats how i feel it 🤷🏻‍♂️)

W&N Series 7
-Bulkier and stiffier bristles.
-Duller points.

I wash these with soap after every session as i do with all my brushes so i think these will last very long time.

Very highly recommend these brushes and pallettes. And that color wheel was awesome tool that helped me to memorize and understand colorwheel theory better.

I've been lucky enough to order both in the UK and Canada and had my items arrived well packaged and in great time.

I was amazed how speedily they arrived in Canada (Canada post suck) . Being aware of Canadian customs i ordered just under the amount that would cause customs fees and got my brushes through with no issue. Ironically even with shipping this ended up cheaper than buying in the UK as I didn't pay VAT 🤣
