Do not use, company is a "drop shipping" company that sends goods from China which are not as advertised on their website. I purchased "premium leather boots" for £50 which turned out to be poor quality synthetic items and not reflecting the images of their products online in any form.

They will not refund you unless you send the products back to China at your own cost (£30 from UK), which heavily outweighs the price of the goods. Instead they will offer you inflated discounts for repeat business.

They act illegally and do not conform to the consumer rights act, they masquerade as a company from the UK when they are not.

I would not recommend, a refund of the items now is challenged through bank disputed transactions and visa chargeback instead, they have seemingly set up a recurring payment on my account too which I have since had to get the bank to block and the fraud team contacted.

I would give this site no stars if I could. Do not buy from here. The products are cheap - probably obtained from a Chinese website and then sold at inflated prices. You will not get a refund, they will not accept returns but offer a replacement item, and one only, so not to the value of your original purchase. It is a scam and I currently have my credit card company involved to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

When I first came across this store, I did wonder if I should place an order. Today I received a package for the third time, and just like always, it was perfect. Everything fit, and I’m very satisfied once again. Thanks, Margaret.

This is a fake company, they do not have addresses in the Netherlands or London and elsewhere probably.
They steal your money and don’t want to refund just offer more horrible clothes with an huge discount! I checked the returns and they just said you have to request a refund and I stupidly was duped.

THE CLOTHES:
The shoes plastic, they arrived squashed up. They were awful. The dungarees size small were super large they were made from a cheap fabric, thin and flimsy. Hideous. These items looked lovely in the photos.
Such a shame, I feel so stupid. Beware of these people and on line companies with attractive websites within Europe, if there is no customer service telephone number I wouldn’t trust it.

The parcel took weeks to arrive here. Communication very polite.
To cut a long story short, I’ve returned the parcel at the cost of £30.56p and this company are now saying I’m only going to receive 40% refund. They are thieves, I have their address, I’m going to have to contact my bank and see if I can get the money back from these criminals.

They are not based in London. I ordered a Tankini which was shipped from abroad and took a long time to arrive. The quality is substandard despite paying over £40 in the sale!!
Please do you research, wish I did. This website has only been up and running a short time. I suspect they change their name each time their bad reviews mount up!

Do not believe their advertising. This is not a sustainable brand, is not based in London, charges for returns and will not refund anything in the sale.
