The temperature messurment is awful
The temperature messurment is awful. Tried contacting them but they will not fix this. We also wanted to buy a smart panel and clicked on this when ordering. But apperntly this is only with temperature and clock.

Customer service
First I was not able to pay via paypal, but I was not able to change the payment terms eider. Then I wrote an e-mail to service(at)artforma.hu requesting support from you, but I got no answer for two weeks.
Then I tried to call the number listed on the hungarian homepage: 36 18 001 923, but it is unreachable. I tried it for a few days…
Update: I get a replays and help from Artforma after the problem with my purchase. I hope the can fix the issue with the support in Hungary soon.

I wrote a review a few months ago and couldn’t change it!
I wrote a review a few months ago when the mirror was late to arrive! We finally got it and now it’s on my bathroom wall. It looks stunning and I’m very happy with it. I bought the one with Bluetooth and led lights and they work perfectly.

Very overpriced, not that quality
Nice plans but very very weak implementation.
The mounting of the mirror on the cabinet is not accurate. The material of the electrical outlet is very weak. The switch is not nice and there are no pictures on the webpage about this poor quality attachments.

Excellent quality mirror delivered in safe packaging
The mirror arrived in excellent condition. The packaging is excellent and safe for the mirror. The mirror itself is very good quality and looks great. The led lighting is bright enough and look very well with the mirror.
