I picked the wrong artist.
I bought a painting from from one of their artists and I was disappointed when I received it. The artist had also included a card that said he would give me $30 to give him a 5 star review. I thought that was inappropriate. The artfinder people were easy to deal with and I received a refund when I returned the painting.

Excellent Communications
Excellent communications with their customer liaison team and with the seller via Artfinder's link. There were issues with the delivery initially (Parcelforce's fault) which meant the package was returned to sender and had to be re-sent. Artfinder was very proactive in ascertaining what was going on and in giving options for proceeding.

Love the variety
Love the variety but postage costs can be very high. Didn't quite understand the system but figured it out with a bit of help. Nice to have another portal to check out when I feel the urge for an original.

The whole buying and delivery process was efficient. I was informed when the shipment was being started and was able to track the package. The package was delivered on time and was very well packaged.
