Ho effettuato un ordine il 30.04.2023
e ho capito che verrà consegnato il 04.05.2023. Dopo aver contattato il venditore, mi ha detto che stava per ricevere il pacco dal produttore in quella data. Non volevo più aspettare e ho annullato l'ordine chiedendo il rimborso. Aspetto di vedere come vanno le cose e tornerò con i dettagli. Il servizio clienti è eccellente. Rispondo a qualsiasi domanda indipendentemente dal tempo(anche nei giorni festivi).
I placed an order on 04/30/2023
and I understood that it will be delivered on 04.05.2023. After contacting the seller, they told me that they will only receive the package from the manufacturer on that date. Because on 04.05.2023 they didn't even receive the package, I decided not to wait anymore and I canceled the order asking for a refund. Waiting to see how things go with the refund and will come back with details. Until now, customer service is excellent. They answer me to any questions regardless of the hour (even on holidays). Excelent!

The product is very well packaged , the mounting needs a lot of precision and care but the result is outstanding .
The sales support is efficient .
A precision : the courrier they used, TNT is not reliable and in my case the delivery has been longer as expected.
