I am very pleased with my purchase. I appreciated the email updates. However, there was not any wire to hang the painting attached. We had to take it to a framer to have this done before we could hang it.

Beautiful work
My request was quite specific regarding the shades and hues of 2 paintings I have chosen to match my interior. It took us one month for a constant communication with artists correcting and adding colours to the desirable finish. As result the paintings came very beautiful. I would definitely highly recommend this Art Academy of young artists. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that the delivery was from Honkong! While according to the website information the company is stated in Amsterdam. And being located in EU I had to pay quite expensive taxes additionally. That was quite unexpected.

Poor Copy of a Lovely Original
It was necessary to communicate with you multiple times regarding the quality of my "finished" order
You have all that correspondence. After multiple revisions it finally appeared to be acceptable but the fact that you initially tried to deliver such a poor piece of art as finished product is to me incredibly poor business. And while I appreciated the effort to work with me it appeared from the beginning that "my painting" could not possibly have been done by the original artist as shown on the web page.
In the end what I have is a painting that is just OK, but not something I love. The juice was not worth the squeeze.

Very happy with our painting
After going to local art shows for years we thought a nice painting like this was unreasonably expensive, then we found this. We love our painting, it turned out great and was very reasonably priced. We saw pictures of its progress and gave some feedback, which they immediately responded to. We received updates on each step of the way and shipping was surprisingly fast. It was only a few weeks from ordering to hanging on the wall, which was totally reasonable for a custom painting we had input on along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more art or recommend to others.

From the moment I saw the painting I…
From the moment I saw the painting I wanted, the process was (mostly) smooth. One little glitch was adding a frame after the initial order. The email was missed so the painting arrived as just a canvas. All turned out well though! The picture, now framed, is a beautiful addition to my renovated "zen room". Thank you!
