I ordered a head board that was…

I ordered a head board that was supposed to be ivory and it is natural colour. After several conversations and sending photos they still insist the product is ivory and they accused me of photoshopping the photos to darken. I can not understand their reluctance to admitting the problem and resolving it. The order says ivory, the delivery note says ivory, unfortunately the product is not. I doubt my sanity, however alongside my other bedroom furniture it is undoubtedly brown. The product is very nice, but unfortunately not what was ordered. They are trying to convince me that a brown product is ivory and accusing me of being dishonest. quelle horreur
