Really disappointed in the lack of…

Really disappointed in the lack of clarity and information on there cod liver oil products. I emailed 4 days ago and had to chase as their contact response advised a 24 hour response which did not happen.

On top of this they told me it would be better if there nutritionist gave me a call to discuss my query. I don’t like a sales pitches when all I would like is simple information.

The info I wanted was the numbers for the omegas, the Totox number, peroxide and anisidine values. These levels should be readily available info so that you can determine if the product is low toxins and high quality.

The fact they couldn’t provide them sends alarm bells ringing to me.

Very poor service.

That said, your feedback is completely valid. This has highlighted an opportunity for us to improve how we handle more technical product queries, both in terms of response times and ensuring our team is better equipped with accessible data or clearer explanations where appropriate. No noticeable effects

. After trying another brand of gut health supplements , I was persuaded by a paid Instagram promotion by an favourite celeb to try this Metabolic Fix product. Unfortunately after taking Metabolic Fix regularly over a period of one month, I experienced no improvement in sugar cravings. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of other products in the Artah range, but this particular product has had no noticeable effect whatsoever. Rating reflects positive experience of quick delivery.

Not happy with the products

Not happy with the products, I didn’t see any benefits, the cellular hydration turned into a massive hard lump and I could not use, ended up throwing out, gave the products time to work as recommended, raised a complaint- not listened to just offered 20% discount code to buy more products! Not worth the money at all and I would not recommend.

I can't thank April enough

I have suffered with slow digestions and bloating for years, resulting in also rosacea, poor nutrient absorption and tiredness. Digest and debloat works miracles

This is specifically for Artah's digest and debloat tonic which is a miracle worker. I have IBS and with comes anxiety particularly when I'm away from home and indulging in something I normally avoid. I find it calms my digestion and I dont need to worry about bloating or gas. My only gripe is that I broke my current bottle the day before a trip and I wonder if the glass bottle could come with a cushion to protect it from accidental falls. Thanks Artah!
