Our installer Jeff* was courteous and prompt and explained the workings of the chair in an easy to understand way making me feel extremely confident in the purchase. The stairlift was installed as…
The stairlift was installed as scheduled and worked satisfactorially while the technician was there. Unfortunately, shortly after he left the unit start acting up. There were multiple beeps due to a low battery, and by the second day the unit would no longer move. Since this is a vacation home, we've had to reschedule another service call in November when we will be back here. Hopefully, the tech can resolve the problem (battery related) to we have a reliable means to the second floor of our cabin.
