We recently used Arrow Conveyancing, in particular Leonie Petch, and we are so pleased with the work she did for us. She made the purchase of our home such a pleasant and smooth experience.
We were especially grateful for her quick responses and the clear explanations she provided whenever we had questions. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt supported throughout the process.
I would highly recommend the team to all my friends and family if they need support with their house purchase.
Thank you so much!

Terrible experience.
Whilst email communication between myself and my case handler was reasonable. The amount of documents they lost though is shocking despite knowing they had received them as I sent them Special Delivery. The biggest kicker is when they emailed me two months after completion claiming I hadn't sent a document back and it is needed urgently but I had sent it back with other documents (got photos to prove it) and they've got those. Document handling is terrible and I believe added at least a month to my completion date. I won't use them for anything else again.
Dedicated case officer with whom to communicate and report on progress makes the process easier.

Arrow provided a fantastic service from start to finish, good communication from the outset, and Caitlin Wittingham was always on hand to answer my queries over email and telephone when required. Highly recommended 👍

Really good experience with Arrow. I’d really recommend especially Kayleigh who was first class. Very professional and replied very quickly to any email queries. I couldn’t have had my sale dealt with by better.

How are these MUPPETS STILL. Trading !
If HEINEKEN made conveyancing companies this wouldn’t be one of them 🙈
It’s OFFICALLY The worst company to attempt property conveyancing 100%. They are USELESS

We were a bit worried about using an online solicitor for the house sale but, once all the documents were dealt with everything moved swiftly and with no problems. The completion aspect of the sale was dealt with very efficiently by Kayleigh Molloy.

I've been with this company for months now buying my first property. Their communication is not great, every time I needed an update I had to chase for one. They are doing what they need to do but their communication could be much better.

Buying and selling houses in England is rarely a smooth process but in the end we made it happen with the support of Arrow Conveyancing.

I would like to provide a more positive review, but unfortunately, I can only give this company 2 stars. While the process was eventually completed, my experience involved a lot of unprofessionalism and hassle. I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I endured.
From my observations, and as mentioned in other reviews, this company tends to blame external factors for their delays. They have consistently been late on everything and demonstrated a lack of attention to detail. I found myself having to chase them daily, contact my bank, and reach out to the broker. At one point, I almost lost my mortgage because my solicitor didn’t review the documents sent to her several months prior.
Furthermore, the pricing quote changed from what was originally communicated, and they attempted to charge me extra fees. I had to meticulously review everything to determine what had been addressed and what had not.
My partner encouraged me to file a complaint, and honestly, I believe this company should be shut down due to their practices. However, I’m too drained from the experience, especially after the stress caused by my solicitor, Allison, who went on vacation right before my exchange.
Please, I urge you to reconsider signing up with this company for anything. My experience has been nothing short of appalling!

> I cannot recommend Alex Smith highly enough.
He helped me enormously throughout the process of buying my home. Before working with Alex, I was dealing with a solicitor from another company who kept my case going for almost a year, leaving me confused and causing me to lose a significant amount of money.
Once my case was transferred to Alex, everything changed. He took over and completed the entire transaction in just two months. His professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication made a very stressful situation so much easier for me.
I truly have no words to thank him for all the help and support he provided. I would recommend Alex Smith with the greatest confidence to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated .

Experience date 2025 general overview
1) processing time terrible 6 months(like file was just sat on a desk gets 20 mins maximum a day work on file)
2) general communications bad often had to send 3 emails to 2 different departments to get a reply
3) explaining whole legal process worse than awful half the sent communications sent were in legelese which no one without a 5 year property law degree can half understand.
4) general attitude of company seems if they have capacity for 100 cases they taken on 1000.
5) profesional competence bad i personally delivered all paperwork to their office plus a usb .the conveyancers i still had to send them everything digitally via an antequated email system which fails 1 out of 5 times !!!
General consensus i dealt with many legal people in my time these were by far among the most worst only took them because yopa said you need to use this company.now 1 failed sale later and 7 months (6 months with arrow 1 in paperwork limbo)of total time including yopas dithering around sending paperwork .
6) the conveyancer ama was borderline useless at the best of times .
But as a general point of course save yourselves the drama (rubbish laymans terms explanations) and time of having file sat gathering dust on someones desk .and just hire a independent legal profesional .
I personally would never use them again unless i was payed too !!!

Absolutely terrible experience
What the hell were we paying these people for? It was a constant battle and felt like we were doing their job for them at times. There would be weeks of complete radio silence, we were constantly undermined and told everything was running smoothly, only to be told they needed more information from us, that we could have gathered much smoother had it been asked for closer to the beginning of the process.
Their communication is all over the place, I was told on the phone the lady dealing with our case was on holiday and we were not pre-warned, and had no confidence at any point anyone was actually interested in helping us
And to top it all off they charged us nearly £500 more than we were originally quoted! When i queried this they put it to inflation, which seems like a lazy excuse as it appears others had the same experience.
We originally chose arrow due to their far cheaper quote, but after our experience and the increased fees anyway I would reccommend you AVOID this terrible company and take your money elsewhere
