This company was extremely professional and helpful, without any pushy sales tactics.

Lucy assisted with my installation from the initial consultation to final handover and followed up with an aftercare call and assistance thereafter with the MPAN export application. I found Lucy, extremely professional and knowledgeable to assist with review of my previous quotation, she gave me an alternative solutions tailored to my specific requirements such as a flat roof installation with optimisers and heated storage battery.

The installation team were a team of 5 and this was installed and commissioned on the same day.

This company is highly recommended. It is easy to fall foul of cheaper all-in packages, as advertised on social media and exhibitions. Your in “safe hands” with Array Electronics.

Right from word go Scott Drew stepped in as an expert, demystifying solar & its process, and offering eye-opening insights as part of the design. Was all set to go for a branded player, had already paid (refundable) deposit and got connected to Array Electrics only because I had registered on Solar Sherpa earlier during my research and they called. The whole team at Array Electrics provided a brilliant service for our solar PV and battery system installation. It was a difficult project for several reasons, very high roof, heritage Swithland slate roof, 6 different mounting aspects and long cable runs. But they kept at it from dawn to dusk, even beyond, to complete the job on time and budget. The next day, in January, we generated 10kWh and look forward to five times that in summer. Array Electrical were one of four companies requested to provide a quote for the installation of a solar and battery system. From the beginning they were good to deal with, listening to our needs and giving straightforward answers to any questions. Their quote was easy to understand and very competitive. The competitive quote and that they don't try to sell you 'their system' (as the Nationals do) made it a no brainer to go with them.

The installation and commissioning took 7 hours and went without a hitch. The standard of work was excellent throughout, and the team were considerate of their surroundings and the property. Everything was tided up and swept clean on completion. All necessary documents were submitted very quickly after commissioning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Array Electrics for solar or any other electrical work.

Array have fitted solar panels on the roof of my house. The process was made really easy by their efficiency, clarity and helpfulness.

Complete and brilliant from start to finish, We had a 198 panel solar array installed on our warehouse roof and it couldn't have been better, the process was swift, efficient and didn't impact our daily operations at all. From planning and quotation, to installation and clean up, Array were a quality supplier. The guys installed the system in two days with a minimum of fuss and no interference with our ongoing life. The pricing was very good and th choice of components was quality. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a system.

I cannot recommend the Array Electrics team highly enough. From start to finish they were excellent. Everything was fully explained by Scott during his visit and up to installation. I was happy to leave the installation team at my home whilst I went to work. Nathan explained the operation and left my home as I had left it. A couple of after service queries were answered very quickly. Would most definitely recommend. The service felt personal, not corporate.

The whole process from enquiry to installation was efficient and professional. Discussions and options were well presented with advice provided at each stage to ensure we made the right choices to suit our requirements.

We decided to use this company for our Solar and Battery installation following an online review, it was the best decision we could have made. The whole process was excellent from the initial visit to the final installation with follow up contact to ensure there were no problems. The install guys were fantastic leaving the site completely clean, they are a credit to any company. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After getting several quotes, we chose Array Electrics for our Solar and Battery installation. They were incredibly helpful with the finer details, offering solid advice without and pushy sales tactics. Their pricing was mid-range compared to others, but the service was exceptional.
The after sales support has been fantastic. Although we haven't had any issues with the system or installation, and Scott has always been there to provide guidance.

Everything about Valueback Solar impressed us. The initial video call with Scott enabled us to discuss various options for our solar installation. Using his special computer programme, set for our postal code and our exact house, he was able to demonstrate the best location for our panels, by looking at the effect of shading at different times of day and of the year. Shading one panel inhibits all the other panels in the set. As we have roofs facing ESE and WNW and have a chimney on our south gable, this was invaluable – other firms had just suggested putting all the panels on the ESE side, but Scott said some on the WNW side too would boost our electricity for using the oven for cooking dinner.

All our questions were answered fully. This was followed up by a detailed, tailored proposal with different options for numbers of panels. Once we signed the proposal, the timetable for scaffolding and installation was provided and this happened on time a week or so later. The installation took just 1 day because 3 of their professional installers were involved. We had solar panels running and generating power the same day! Everywhere was left in a very tidy condition. We have been provided with all the documentation for the new system very promptly. We thoroughly recommend Valueback Solar and its sister company Array Electrics to anyone in East Anglia considering a new solar installation.

The installation of 12 panels plus battery was done efficiently and tidily. We hit a good period to have the work done as we only had to wait a couple of weeks. Installation was mostly done in one day which just a brief visit the second day to finish connecting up and final checks. Everything was left tidy and the work was done exceptionally neatly. We were impressed and the way the way the team worked - no music played (that we could hear), no breaks and very polite /considerate behaviour.
We were particularly pleased with the way the roof space was accessed since we have dormer rooms. Proved to be little problem.
There have already been several days were we have had a full battery and saved on using energy from the grid and this during the winter months. Even dull days produce something. Exported a bit too.
Overall cost seemed good being around 2/3rds of a quote by a local authority promoted scheme a year earlier.
