I had an amazing experience at Arpanu Clinic for my laser surgery. The entire team at the clinic was exceptional, providing me with the highest level of care and attention.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing any concerns or questions I had.

The clinic itself was state-of-the-art, equipped with advanced technology and a clean, modern environment. The surgeon who performed my laser surgery was highly skilled and experienced, instilling a great deal of confidence in me. I want to tell you a little bit about my experience at the Arpanu Medical. I was very nervous going into the clinic but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and very professional staff. I meet my translator John who was so wonderful and was there in every step of my process. I would recommend him to anyone. Doctor Serhan was very professional and he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All around wonderful staff and clinic. Come in I promise you won’t regret it.

The op went so well! I will even do it again and again! I had zero after effects! To a point I was asking myself was it really done! Until day 11 where I literally could not even finish an egg! Thank you so much Dr and your amazing team! You all made us feel at home, it never felt like am in hospital! The extra care taken was a cherry on top! I highly recommend your exceptional work!

I would like to give a huge thank you to my assistant Bülent, Arpanu Medical and Dr. Ceyhun. I recommend 100/10. I was treated so nicely and staff were lovely as well.
Everything went so smooth and according to the plan.
The first couple of days after the surgery were rough but as the days goes by, you will feel better and better.

I’d like to thank all the members of the team that have helped me while having my surgery, my Results from having breast implants are amazing everything went so smooth and I’ve got the look I’ve always wanted thanks to dr bulent cigsar, I would recommend him 100% if I later on decide to have any other surgeries I’d most definitely be going back to him. The VIP Shuttle Service was very good, they were always on time. Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan was very nice, he did very good work, i only have 4 little scars that healed fast and wonderful. I got Gastric Sleeve Operation. The german translater Karun helped me understand everything and was with me on all the preliminary examinations. The nurses were all very nice and did great work. Back at the hotel was a nurse that came to my room everyday to make sure everythings ok. She was very nice too. Directly after the Operation i got the contacts of the Dietitians Amy and Nora and of Bahar the Post-OP-Consultant. These three helped me with my Diet and guided me along the way. I can contact them whenever i want and i get an immediate answer. I really am glad, i got the Gastric Sleeve done by this doctor in Instanbul, i haf an overall good experience.

The support and communication from start to finish has been amazing! My consultant Yasmine has been so lovely, Dr Ceyhun Aydagon was very professional and made me feel at ease. Surgery went fantastic. The after care has been top quality all the nurses and members of staff has been so good to us. Professional, polite, understanding and very gentle with all tests such as bloods etc... overall a fantastic experience.

I found it surprisingly very easy to arrange my septorhinoplasty. Simge (one of the coordinators) helped answer all my questions even before my arrival to Istanbul. My family and I were really impressed with the standard of the staff and clinic as well as the pre-organised transport. Big thanks to our amazing interpreter John. Definitely helped ease my nerves around the whole procedure, made sure I didn’t have any worries and was very caring and understanding.

I am highly delighted to share my views for Urbanu medical team. Everything was great, It was comfortable to stay, good atmosphere for patients very nice and professional behavior of doctors and all team members. Special thanks to nutritionist Nora and dietitian Amy.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery on the 9th February, my doctors name was Ceyhun Aydogan, he did a great job i had no complications during the surgery and it was super fast.
The hospital was really clean and comfortable to stay in. The nurses in the hospital were really attentive and helpful in my journey. The hotel was average, we didn't expect much from the hotel as we were not there for the hotel. :) the hotel’s breakfast was good and they gave hot bone broths for me. The dieticians; Amy, Minty, Nora, and post op consultant Yasmine were really great in terms of guidance and care during this difficult procedure. I didn't feel any discomfort. They were really caring and attentive. They made me feel great about myself. I 100% recommend this as i saw myself how hardworking this team were. Its been a little more than a month and i’ve lost 13kg. Im really happy with these results and cannot recommend this enough.

My experience was smooth and honest. Had support from every team. From when I entered the hospital I was greeted and taken well cared for. Every step was explained and therefore nothing that happened was unexpected. Which made me fill comfortable and safe. The hospital was nice and all the staff at the hospital were supportive. The team of nutritionist are always happy to support and answer any question. No matter how complex. And always checking in. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Serhan and the whole process was amazing.

My first contact was Zivile who facilitated the whole process, answered all my questions, and was there all the way. She even connected me with another patient when I told her I would have to go alone and I was getting scared!

I had doubts everyday before arriving in Istanbul because I was afraid of getting scammed, but everything went as planned. The people I met along the way - such as the staff at the reception, at the hospital, and even the van drivers, were all really nice.

The experience at the hospital was excellent. My translator, John, explained everything in an attentive manner and he made sure I felt comfortable along the way. The hospital is clean, spacious and comfortable. So is the hotel and the staff.

Bella was there during my cast removal and I would also like to thank her.

The only thing I regret is not having done this any sooner! I seriously cannot recommend it enough.

One word of advice if you're doing rhinoplasty - don't go in there thinking that you will love your new nose when the cast is removed. It took me a while to get used to it but now, almost two months later, I love it and have accepted myself so much more, and am so sorry I didn't do this sooner.

I had the most positive experience with Arpanu. The surgeon Dr Ceyhun is an amazing experienced surgeon! I had a gastric sleeve. They’re so careful with lots of pre op checks and post op checks. Would definitely recommend this company! The aftercare team of dieticians are fantastic and on hand for a whole year. The amazing dieticians Amy and Nora! There was a lovely reassuring translator Yasmin, she really put me at ease

What an excellent experience. The hotel was great, the transfers to the clinic and back were smooth, the hospital facilities impeccable and 5* high quality, nursing staff nice and thorough and clearly incredibly skilled.
John (Ferit) our coordinator and interpreter was a real star. Simge super friendly and helpful.
I have nothing I can find that was not impeccable.
I highly recommend Arpanu to anyone who wants a high quality, efficient and safe experience. Brilliant.
