Fast customer service, very helpful would purchase again

I ordered this desk from Best Buy and was super excited to get it. I put together 90% before realizing that the last leg had a wrong weld pattern. I reached out to the company and asked if they could assist me. Within 24 hours, someone contacted me back and helped send me a new leg. The follow up and service was 10/10, plus, the desk looks amazing.

I bought a chair and it didn’t come with a neck pillow. Mistakes happen. I emailed the company and the next day they told they would send me a replacement. Great customer service.

An armrest failed when a small molded part cracked. Arozzi quickly sent us a replacement armrest with everything needed for replacement.

I had a low-end ($180 ish) chair for about 6 years, wheels started breaking so I figured it was time for a new one. I looked online at the Arozzi Torretta, and it looked like a good chair for someone wanting to purchase one that was a little on the nicer side. I contacted customer service directly, and they invoiced me for the chair and model I wanted, as the make/model wasn't on their Amazon store. Customer service was very helpful and prompt. I received my chair shortly after and assembled it. It's been about a month and I've gotten used to it. Everything I liked about my last chair -sturdy, comfortable, sleek- plus a better frame that doesn't stick out through the fabric. Great choice, great service, will definitely recommend.

Super responsive warranty service-
Always a pleasant surprise when a company tries to resolve an issue instead of avoiding it! Very happy with their quick email and processing to remedy my chair issue.

I've had my chair for roughly 5 years, and in that time I've moved 3 times. S few months ago I went to lean back and the metal support in the back had snapped, so I figured 5 years out of the chair with some moderate abuse and daily use wasn't horrible. I contacted support to see if there was any options and they actually offered to sell me just a back since everything else worked great still. This helped me save a lot of money while keeping my old chair! Shipping was very quick and support was great to work with.

I lost the screws to my chair, and they gave me replacements! :3

Amazing Customer service. I purchased a Chair from Dell and product broke (wheelbase). These guys were great at getting a replacement very quickly. I would buy Arozzi product again!

I bought my chair via Amazon and a couple months later the chair back broke and was causing issues.

I contacted Arozzi and got matched with Alex to help me. He was amazing and was able to get me the chair back that I needed in a timely manner so that I could continue using my chair.

Overall the chair has been amazing and mixed with the great customer service I don’t think I’ll be going with a different brand of chair in the future.

I bought a chair from a local furniture retailer and it has been wonderful. It has a few quirks but those just come down to taste and I think they're smart additions. The chair is wonderfully made and very strong.

I had to evacuate my home due to forest fires with little notice and in the process we had some less than desirable approaches to move furniture. The only thing that didn't make the trip was one of the wheels for the Arozzi chair. I reached out and asked if I could buy one to replace it. They responded asking for my address. No cost, no hassle, just great support. Less than a week later my chair is back at full capacity.

I will certainly look at Arozzi products again in the future.

I have been using the steering wheel set for over 2 years now and LOVE this product. Recently I had a small part issue and support got me fixed up and on the track in days. Hats off to you.

I have two super soft chairs from the company and they have held up quite well over the past year. One is for my 15yo daughter and the other is my primary office/gaming chair so they get a lot of use and abuse. The only issue I have had, as other reviewers have stated, is the side plastic covers coming off easy, but only on my daughter’s chair. One of the covers recently broke off of my daughter’s chair and the company sent a new one within 24 hours so they stand by their products.

the chair in itself is somewhat comfy if you choose the
fabric optio/chair, thats where the good end. the plastic that covers the metal on the side constantly falls off. the the right armrest went lose after about a year and the rubber foam on the left fell off soon after.

They’re scam artists. The phone number they provide is disconnected. They don’t respond to any emails. They don’t ship out same day or one day after the order is received. Horrible experience especially for how expensive their things are. Order still hasn’t been processed and it’s been over a week now!

Ordered a "Limited Edition Sabaton" Chair from them. The order for that chair was confirmed. 2 weeks later, according to them, the shipper had the package in their possession - a lie, because it never left their warehouse. 3 weeks waiting and they still said shipper had it - a lie. Then they finally fess up and say they "ran out because it was Limited Edition". Terrible company! Do not order from them! Still waiting on the refund.

I would avoid doing business with this company. Their gaming chairs mechanically fail due to cheap material and poor design. On top of that I have attempted several times to get a response from customer service to initiate a warranty claim with no response.

I have an Arozzi chair, and the seat base broke. I was not within warranty of purchase and simply sent an email to their team with details of the weak point in hopes that they could benefit from the information. I had already disassembled the chair and explained that I would be making repairs myself, which were more than doable.
*** In response their team reached out and replaced the seat base no questions asked!! They took care of everything and within a very timely manner.

Recently purchased an Arozzi chair from the Milano line. Wasn't expecting much at the price point, typically chairs selling around the $200 dollar mark are marginal at best when it comes to comfort and quality. This chair surprised me. It is well built and very comfortable. Padding is quite good, the chair itself is very solid. Only issue I had was with an errant upholstery staple in the top of the backrest. I went to their website, filled out the customer service form, and sent over a couple of pictures. Within a day, they got back to me and informed me a replacement backrest was being sent out, which arrived a couple of days later. No arguing, no back and forth, no nitpicking. Overall, I am extremely pleased not only with the product itself, but the post-purchase support as well. Cannot recommend them enough.
