Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 236 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the customer service, citing unresponsiveness, difficulty in reaching live representatives, and a lack of resolution for their concerns. Reviewers also frequently reported issues with products, including items arriving broken or defective, and diffusers ceasing to function shortly after purchase. A major point of contention was the subscription model, with many feeling trapped in contracts, experiencing unexpected charges, and facing extreme difficulty in canceling services or removing payment information. Furthermore, numerous customers were frustrated by incessant marketing calls and texts after making a purchase, which they found harassing and intrusive. Order fulfillment was also a common problem, with reports of delayed or unshipped items, incorrect deliveries, and poor packaging leading to leaked products. Conversely, some people also felt that the scents themselves were pleasant and the product could be effective when working correctly.

Messy order

My order came in a plastic bag with little protection. The oil leaked out leaving 1/4 remaining. .This happened twice. I asked for a refund. The managers are never available to speak. Poor service. Do not waste your time or money.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Multiple emails sent that are ignored, many, many phone calls that I could never get through to anyone. EXTREMELY frustrating. But as soon as you place an order you have multiple random phone numbers calling you wanting you to subscribe to something.

They are an absolute scam

They are an absolute scam. I purchased 2 car diffusers, car spray, diffuser oil and shipping protection for additional money that claims to cover packege loss, theft, damage etc. They never sent me notification when my order shipped. Then when I received it, it was just the car diffuser. They claim the rest was sent separately which I never received. They have given me the run around for 10days and still havent issued me any refund. Even this this protection plan thats "hassle free". Complete scams!!! Hopefully my bank can give me justice

Do not sign or buy anything from Aroma360

Whatever you do, never sign up with this company called Aroma360. The concierge team are trained to sweet talk you in going into agreement with them. Once you do, that's it. You will be hooked. I had bad experience with their device not working and when you contact the concierge representative they will never get back to you. I got fed up and wrote to them that I want to cancel my subscription they started pressuring me, I sent them a lengthy email stating the valid reason why I want cancel. Why should I be paying them monthly and they are not providing me with good customer service. Three devices they have sent to me none of them works properly. The first two wasn't bringing out any scent then the last one didn't last 2 months and it packed up. I reached out to the technical team scheduled appointment and no one called. I had to send them another email before the tech guy called a day after. By that time I had already made up my mind to cancel entirely and when they decided to call me, we started arguing over everything. And they said to me that I cannot cancel that it has gone over 30days cool off period and I said to them to refer back to my email I sent them. I told them I have all the evidence, facts, correspondence emails, recordings and also reviews other people listed on social media. I said to them that they need to cancel my subscription if not I will cancel all my bank card on their website and that was it. I cancelled all my bank cards associated with my account and blocked all contacts and I told them to arrange for the collection of their faulty device that's it.
What a palava, total mess in the highest order.

VIP Member Frustrated by Defective Products and Poor Service

I am a VIP member and I am very disappointed with Aroma360. I used a gift card they issued to me as part of my subscription to purchase three car diffusers, but the products arrived defective.

Customer service has been confusing and inconsistent. They keep offering different solutions, but when I accept, they say it cannot be done because they can only replace the returned items with the same product, not a refund or a different item. During the process, the representative Manyel O even ended the chat before I could finish explaining my issue.

The gift card was given to me by Aroma360 as part of my subscription and can only be used in their store, so a fair resolution should be possible. Their refusal to properly resolve this issue shows a lack of willingness to help customers.

Nightmare of experience

Nightmare of experience! I signed up for the "VIP" concierge and they won't cancel my membership. I requested MULTIPLE times after I received and didn't approve the purchase but they ignore the customer. Seeking to file complaints with the FCC and seeking legal help as well. This has been dragging for months. Really an expensive nightmare.

Total scam

Total scam. They used high pressure tactics to get my info, then processed a $149 "deposit" without me ever clicking their pay link, authorizing the charge or typing in a credit card so who knows who’s credit card was used because it wasn’t mine. Now they are trying to bill me $119/month for a subscription I never agreed to. Customer service is just a cycle of "investigations" and excuses. Stay far away from this company!

This company makes it impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a year. Somehow I had three subscriptions, which makes absolutely zero sense considering I only have one diffuser. After I finally got the second one and what I thought was the final one canceled, I got another one sent in the mail and I login and what do you know. I somehow have another subscription. I have emailed them at least six times with zero response. It now says I’ve skipped too many orders because I can’t get anyone to respond to me that they sent me and charge me the most recent one and I emailed them twice this weekend and today again with no response. I have emails dating back from 2025 early about canceling. You can’t get in touch with anybody and no one calls you. This company is a complete and total SCAM.

Aroma360 sents are Fabulous however their Customer Service is HORRIBLE.
They obviou are under staffed sometime when you call the recording tells you to call back later.
When you finally get in the queue you will wait for a least 39 minutes if you’re lucky. When they answer you will get someone with broken English whic not have the Culture to say I’m sorry when they screw just awful. So if you choice to go with them you will understand why they have a 1 Star rating.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 pod refills and they came in all spilled out because of poor packaging. Well after two different chat conversations and pictures of the pods. It took forever to get them to send me only one pod refill. It’s exhausting trying to communicate with these people. They are crooked!!!

They'll call & text you 15+/day. Avoid!

I ordered for the 1st time 11:30pm on a Saturday night. By 3pm Tuesday, I had received 14 calls, 14 VM messages, and 9 texts (various numbers). I chatted with a rep of Aroma360 at 5:30pm Monday, cancelled the order.
Update: Cancelled. Email confirm. A360 email reminding me that my subscription package is getting ready to ship. Chatted with rep. Oh! They cancelled the order but NOT the subscription.
Everything cancelled, credit received on card.
Still calling about my order!

Biggest mistake of my life to buy in…

Biggest mistake of my life to buy in with these people. Got two large machines from them one of the ones that they sent me was a refurbished unit even though I paid premium price for it. Then had issues getting the key sent so that I could change out the oils within that unit finally got a brand new unit. Had issues with oils being sent to me. They went at least 2 to 3 months without sending me any which I’ve already paid and having my legal team now look at it. Customer service is very poor. Whatever you do do not buy from them.

Aroma 360 order issue

Today I order a diffuser from Aroma 360..Hotel Collections.
As.soon as I placed the order online I got a call from salesman from a 561 area code trying to upsell a bigger and better and more expensive model.
We finally ended up ordering a 12x12 diffuser.
The salesmen agreed to refund the price of the smaller diffuser of $106.
The order info emailed to me was for the $106 model.
Now the salesmen won't answer my call email or text me back.
Beware ordering from Aroma 360.

I had a really disappointing experience…

I had a really disappointing experience with Aroma360. They are extremely aggressive when it comes to enrolling customers in their monthly subscription program. I purchased the DaVinci scent diffuser for $199, which required a 3-year oil subscription at $112 per month (they later reduced it to $85, which still felt excessive). The sales representative was very convincing and assured me I could try the diffuser for a month and cancel if I didn’t like it and that I would receive a refund. That turned out not to be true.
Once you actually use the diffuser to test how it works, you are no longer eligible for a refund. That makes no sense — how else are you supposed to know if the diffuser is right for your home without trying it? In my case, the scent was far too intense and gave me headaches. I returned the unit assuming I would be refunded, but I wasn’t.
On top of that, communication was extremely poor. Unless you proactively call to confirm they received the return and that your subscription is canceled, they continue charging you monthly. I had to call multiple times to resolve the issue.
To be fair, the customer service agents themselves were polite. But the company’s policies and subscription practices feel misleading and frustrating.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing or enrolling in their subscription program.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am not an allergic person, but I suffered a severe allergy to the diffuser oils requiring several trips to my physician eventually necessitating oral steroids to suppress the allergy. I informed Aroma 360 that I would need to cancel the subscription to which they replied I would need to submit a doctor's note. I did so and they never responded. I sent the doctor's note again and again no response. I called the company and they said they had to verify that they got the letter which they were able to do and said I would hear back in 3-5 business days with the resolution. They also emailed me confirming I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I heard nothing back in 3-5 business days so I called again at which time they tried to tell me they had not received the doctor's note. After another 30 minutes on the phone they admitted they did have the doctor's note and again said they would escalate it to management to help facilitate the cancellation. Not suprisingly, I did not hear back again, and as I am writing this review I am back on the phone them and they once again tried to tell me I had to submit a doctor's note. I read their emails right back to them confirming they have all of the information, and now they are telling me it's at least a 14 day review period despite the fact that their email says 3-5 business days. I have demanded to speak to a supervisor, and they are refusing to connect me with anyone. At this time I will be contacting my credit card company to try to cancel from that angle, but heed my warning and stay away from this fraudulent company with allergy inducing oils.
