This company had a verified recall on Amazon. I sent in all required info and discarded the device, an air purifier, it was expensive. I’ve been back and forth with them for months, they will not refund my purchase or send a new unit, which at this point I don’t even want. Do not buy from this company!! My unit was specifically pointed out as part of the recall. I was told by Amazon to discard the device due to it being a fire hazard. Then they tell me, after sending in the claim and discarding the unit, oh no, we didn’t mean that one. This is between them and Amazon who sent me the notice and told me to discard it. I have sent them documentation repeatedly and they just ignore it.

Ordered an air purifier on Amazon and the power button wasn’t working. After showing proof of my order, I received a replacement in the mail a few days later! Excellent customer service even though it’s by email only.
