I dealt with Ahmed (Salax) for over a year. Learning to drive and then throughout the test (and retest) experience.
He was very patient in the beginning and used his own technical knowledge of the car to help me understand what was happening when I was driving. This was a very personal touch and I felt it helped me learn and grow confidence.
Overall I thought he was friendly and when I was frustrated he was extremely patient. He made the whole thing possible.
