This website is horrible! started with over billing me upon checkout. I reached out to cs and received partial refund for the overbilling. Once received product which took a while since its from south America, i didn't like the fit and the quality was real low on all items I have ordered.Here comes the fun part...good luck trying to get a refund from them. Many back and forth emails with cs to obtain return atho. Until they finally agreed. I have send out the goods for refund. Goods arrived May 8 - today is June 3rd and still no refund. I keep emailing them and they keep responding refund on the way (paypal takes 14 days) I waited the entire 14 days and still no refund. When emailed again. They responded ... we have a massive amount of orders please stand by. smh! - horrible. Opened dispute with paypal now - avoid buying from them at all costs! DISAPPOINTING

With this being said, our Customer Support and PayPal team helped and tried to resolve this matter with you by doing a full refund. However, despite all of our responses and helped, you've escalated the Dispute matter into a Claim case with PayPal. Due to these actions, PayPal took over this matter, declined our Refund transaction and all we can do is to wait for their decision.
All of this information and other necessary helped has been shared with you through our email responses to no avail. We felt sorry because we wanted to help you and sort this matter however, PayPal will be the one to decide on this case.

Product came within a few weeks direct from a factory in China. There were a few loose strings on the product but it seems to be in decent shape.

The swimsuits on Aroabikini look so gorgeous!! I wanted to buy everything! I ended up buying a bikini and a one-piece suit. Poor quality, exhausting return procedure
My bikini came after many, many weeks and when it did one of the snaps was broken - it didn’t stay snapped. I emailed Aroa to let them know and they told me I had to take a photo of the defect. I did. They told me to take a better/closer photo. I did. Now they are telling me to take a video with all of these file size limitations. I find this a bit outrageous that they will not just take my word for it and allow me to return/exchange the piece. Poor quality and poor customer service.
