I bought a jacket and they shipped it to Mexico without any problems, it's not a scam.

Product out-of-stock, so I agreed to a substitute, but I then had to remind them that I had not received the goods and I was still waiting.

I eventually got the substitute order two months later.

Poor quality of an overpriced army pullover. Coarse stitches, bad fit although I used their size chart, arms too long, too small in the waist. Due to the patches the shape of the pullover gets terribly distorted.
But the service was very friendly and helpful.

Sketchy online shop. Stay away and stay aware. Save your money.

Ordered an item online. It never came. They mishandled the shipment on purpose. Delivery service was as confused as I was. From what I read here, I can see I'm not the only one. I should have checked out Trustpilot before doing any business with this place.

Quality of goods not good , "leather" straps tore within a month , aksed for replacement and no reply . Poor quality and after sales service.

Many products on webside "saying" in stock, literally they don't have. I was waiting like 25 day for any info of my order which never comes. No answers on your emails. I had to call to get any answer. I'm putting two stars as they said they refund me immediately. So let's see...

I have ordered 5 items of the BÖKER pineapple knive, (this series is not produced anymore). after a while i got 5 MIL-TEC knives, which is a solid product, but BÖKER uses higher quality Steel. I have tried to contact them, - no response at all! i say it is a conscious deception, the company shows the original brand as a picture on their website, and then they deliver the lower quality. i am really angry!

This is basically a scam site. They have no respect at all for the customers. They will steal your money. Stay away.

Literally worst online shopping experience. Takes +1 month to ship items after 2 e-mails and doesn‘t refund not shipped items which magically were out of stock.

I bought something from this store, didn't even get an "item is shipping" message. I waited months, did not hear anything from them. BUT READ THIS: I tried to contact them 3 times. They only answered the last time, and I did get my refund, but not for the shipping. I would advise you not to risk buying from this store. Even if you eventually get your refund for an item they "somehow aren't able to send you", you will still lose a couple of bucks on the shipping, which DIDNT EVEN HAPPEN!?

If you want something from this store, visit it. Do NOT buy online. They do not answer anyone. Orders do not ship. I am still waiting many weeks after handing in a pretty large order. No reply when I asked a simple yes or no question many times by mail. They really should just close the online store for good and just sell via the shop. There are a good reason why this store has so many bad reviews. And the worst part is that it has been going on for years, and they still do not care.
