🌿 I’ve been an Armstrong customer for decades, but after moving to Del Mar I discovered something that took my love for Armstrong to a whole new level—their free weekend classes. The people who teach them are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make every class a highlight of my week.
What started as something I enjoyed on my own has now become a family tradition. My husband and daughters-in-law attend classes at their local Armstrongs, and then we take turns gathering at each other’s homes to plant. Our grandchildren join in too—what better gift than teaching them where food and flowers really come from, not just “the store”? 🌱🌸
Every season brings joy—whether it’s the giant pumpkins in the fall or the holiday trees we bring home each year. And knowing Armstrong is employee-owned explains so much: everyone treats the business with genuine care and pride.

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience, these people know their products and they love what they do. The staff is super knowledgeable fruit trees and their care/feeding. They have plenty of people on staff to help you. Great spot.
