I was super happy seeing this arrived. Haven't purchased new garb in about a decade. The quality on these is amazing, the trim looks great, and everything fit perfectly. Theres something to be said about putting on a custom tailored tunic.

Cannot recommend Armstreet enough.

I've placed many orders with ArmStreet, and I will continue to do so.
ArmStreet makes excellent products of the highest quality. Some of my friends say they're too expensive, but they make incredible styles from the best fabrics with excellent craftsmanship. You definitely get your money's worth.
As for service, they are amazing! On the few occasions I've needed to contact their customer support, they respond quickly and they take care of any questions or concerns I have.

When I originally ordered I did not reference the sizing chart and bought a corset and dress that were much too large for me. The company was easy to get a hold of and very quick to help me return my order and get the correct size started. I have the correct sizes now and I am incredibly happy with them. The quality of sewing is incredible and the customer service is amazing.

The quality is beyond my expectations.
I've purchsed Snow White skirt and it is amazing.
Manufacturing time was pretty long but it was totally worth of waitng!

I have been scammed so many times times on international returns so I always get nervous when returning items especially if they take a little time. But this company has been amazing!!!!! Beyond amazing. I ordered the wrong size and they helped me chose a better size and custom made it for me. Thank you so much for everything. So beautifully made and great to deal with

I purchased my customized full kit from Armstreet just two years ago and have been thrilled with my purchase. I made the purchase literally after years of research. Their product was the best combination of historical accuracy, craftsmanship and affordability. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. Their customer service after the purchase has been second to none.

All I can say is WOW! Lovely quality & fit for my made to measure dress. Great customer service and contact. I'm really happy overall even though it was quite a long wait to get my costume (which is probably due to the crazy goings on in the world right now), it was well worth it and I recommend anyone sitting on the fence wondering about using this company to 'just do it'. They are great!

I can’t express my happiness enough with this tunic. it is better than I expected and I just think it’s not honest that people mostly use this page when something went wrong

After paying for express shipping on an order over 300, the items I received were the incorrect sizes. After numerous emails with "customer service" and getting the incorrectly sized items professionally measured, they still refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong sizes. The pants I ordered were supposed to be a size medium (31 1/2-35 1/2 inches) were measured at 42 1/2 inches! In what world is a 42 1/2 inch waist a medium!? When the companies own size chart has this labeled as an Extra Large! I will not be shopping at Armstreet anymore and wont recommend this company to any of my Ren Faire clients or friends.

As others have stated. I order over 700 dollars of things. None absolutely none were the right size I ordered a medium size and it came back with a 44in waist and and xxl tunic. I took pics and sent it to them they pretty much told me just pull the draw strings. I'm a size 32 not 44. So they blame me for there mess up and want me to pay shipping to Ukraine. This is a scam shop run by communists who are rude and don't care about customers at all never buy from them ever.

I've placed two orders with Armstreet and spent about $1000 in items from them to start with.

Now some background. I have to custom order items otherwise nothing fits. I saw Armstreet did custom sizes so I provided my measurements to them and placed my order. Now I'm a bit over weight right now but getting back in shape. So I ordered pants the size of what my waist normally is and not what it is now.

Nothing I ordered was to the sizes I requested. Everything was substantially to big. Ranging from either 3 inches larger than my measurements all the way to 10 inches.

When I informed them of this and provided them with photos showing the sizes they wanted more photos so I took them. Now I ordered 34in waist pants. I'm currently a 39in waist. I was a 41 when I placed the order and I'm normally a 32in waist. So if anything the pants I ordered should have been small. They were 44in pants. I was told by Armstreet that the reason they were big is I ordered 34in waist when I'm a 39in waist....
After this when they responded to send the items back to get altered they didnt mention they would cover postage and they wanted me to send the package to Ukraine. Both of which are complete contradictions of their Terms & Conditions. Additionally I was told to send it via standard mail and only mark it as being worth $90. Now iam a Carrier for the USPS and this throws up a red flag. My order was worth $795 not $90.

I would not ever do buisness with Armstreet. Their customer service is shady, doesnt inform you what they will and wont cover even if its stated in their terms and conditions, and make some outrageously stupid conclusions. On top of this nothing I ordered custom sized was to the size I requested. Not a single measurement. They literally just pulled it off a shelf and sent it.

It has been six months since I ordered over a $1000aud worth of custom fit clothing and boots. I also paid extra for the shipping insurance. Nothing has arrived yet. The communication has been OK but the time I have been waiting is unacceptable. They say they did ship the order but it failed to arrive and now they are making and sending the order again. But it has been too long to wait. I cannot recommend this business.

So I ordered the Men's Medieval Chausses, described as Renaissance classic woolen pants. They arrived within an acceptable amount of time and at the first glance looked well.
I knew that these pants have a special foot opening, which looks like an attached sock missing it’s front and back. But to my pity they managed to cut the opening at the side of the leg, so you actually would have to break your foot and angle it by 45 degree or twist the trousers.
Despite a two-week discussion with the customer support, video proof and 10 pictures they refused to acknowledge that they produced the trousers wrong. I asked them to refund me a part of the money so I could find a tailor or take them back at their cost which they booth declined (however they said I could send them back at MY cost).
Products are faulty and customer support sucks; I cannot recommend this store.

First of all, sorry if my English isn't always the best. Hope I write something People can understand.. Thanks to the X-mas Give Away Raffael from Sonjas Adventures and the Fakt that ArmStreet was part of it I now own a Wonderfull Belt in a Viking Style. It was for free but they treated me as if I were a Paying Customer. I could chose the Color, they asked me about my sice and everything else that was necessary to craft a Belt tha fits perfect and is exactly what I dreamed of. Thank you Guy's so much for it.

I ordered the taller, lace-up boots for my husband for our 16th century garb. He wears size 13 shoes so I was hoping they could make boots for him that fit. I sent in the requested measurements and Armstreet hand made them. They FIT PERFECTLY!!! He is very particular about his feet because of spending 2 years in Vietnam jungles during the late "60s and having wet feet for 2 years! These boots were very comfortable for him and the leather is LOVELY!!! I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials! I will definitely order from you again!!

They let me purchase a size they no longer had in stock so i could take advantage of the sale.

They also customized it just the way i wanted.

There was a slight delay in receiving my order due to it being close to black Friday/holiday season but it was no fault of theirs.

They helped me throughout the process and always answered very very promptly!

Amazing products and amazing service.
