DO NOT BUY FROM ARMRA!!!My order was canceled without explanation, and after hours of trying to reach anyone via chat and sending emails for weeks, I got absolutely zero response. No phone number, no support, no accountability — just total indifference. This company does not care about its customers, and their complete lack of transparency makes their products impossible to trust. If they treat paying customers this way, what kind of business are they really running?
How is it legal to have no phone number or meaningful customer service? They just have total indifference. Under U.S. federal law, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, companies must not engage in unfair or deceptive business practices, which includes failing to honor orders or ignoring reasonable customer inquiries. Additionally, state consumer protection laws provide that businesses must act in good faith and provide clear communication regarding sales and services. THIS WAS A FAIL AT EVERY STEP!
Ignoring customers is not just unprofessional — it violates basic consumer rights and raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their business.
