Getting set up was challenging, but support was willing to take as much time as necessary to get it right for me in the end. Happy I switched providers, I’ll be using their services more in the future.

They also hooked up a Gentoo liveCD for me, despite me being the first customer to install Gentoo on my VPS (weird request, I know xD).
