I was cold called to use these and after an extensive first call, I agreed to a call back when I started marketing for the year coming.

My website was created by them immediately at a good initial first year price, so far so good! However, my business name was wrong on the site. My business name is one whole word, but for some reason they have separated the name.

I raised this, and was told on the first call it will be rectified. It wasn’t. I mentioned it on the next few calls, on different months and still, 6 months later it’s still wrong.

They are good at SEO, clearly as my site ranking. However, website design is poor. It looks ai, it has no personality and doesn’t resonate well with who I am. I have had ONE lead in 6 months, which resulted in me reading an email asking if this website was fake and impersonating me. Fair enough.

They claim they are great, however I don’t see much investment possibilities going further, they can’t even change my business name. Would you expect a website for McDonalds, say “Mac Donald’s” it doesn’t look very professional.

Every time I have made mention of some changes to the site to maybe attract more clients and actual leads - I have been referred back to my own website, and told in not so many words that their website is amazing and working well and the conversion is a problem on my side, not there’s.

Yet, I have a successful business which books 50 weddings per year, and hasn’t needed any other website. I often book weddings through social media and use my website to link my about me/ packages etc. and have couples say “I really like your approach” “I love how you’re like us” “I really liked how you say XYZ” you only get that from my site, the site armada has made is just some ai created website that was made six months ago and not touched since.

All they’re interested in is telling me my site isn’t good enough, and to pay them a hefty sum to better the SEO. Whilst ignoring the issues of their website.

They set up a facade website to promote my business with the wrong business name. I mentioned this last week and it still hasn't been changed. They added my steel building company to trade magazines as a "pet services" business. 24 hours after reporting it the changes cannot be seen. Be very careful of this company.

Avoid this company.
They charged me £1200 to take over by business page which I found out was a free service.
They then lost my 50 5* reviews i had built in over many years and we have never been able to get them back. They also told me they could add fake reviews like they have on their own reviews. Disgusting company. How they are in business is amazing. When you call them all you hear is loud music, people shouting. They need to be investigated. I guarantee they will now add fake reviews to push this review down as far as possible. I have reported this to the relevant people.
