This was my first purchase with Arktastic. I received a phone call to say that the order was delayed and I would be receiving it the following week. The items arrived as promised !! Effective communication and speedy delivery

I got the wrong product, I ordered the vitamin C cream with SPF protection, but I’ve received different Vit C cream, sent an inquiry but no response from your team. Quite disappointed.

the customer service for this business was amazing! firstly i really appreciate how the costs of the products are on the lower end, which makes me happy (because im a cheapskate). what also satisfied me as a customer was how they replied to me punctually after i emailed them about a shipping update. they explained to me clearly about the reasons on why it hasn't shipped yet, as well as the future updates on my shipment. this was very helpful as a customer! finally, when my package arrived, they also added a free product in there (a facemask)! it wasn't needed but they added it and this was very kind of them. i'll be continuing to buy from them in the future! :D

I purchased a 30 pack of pimple patches along with some other items, when I received my package there was a note stating that they had given me a pack of 90 instead as they had run out of packs of 30 and didn’t want me to have to wait. Great service
