Never buy the rings-holds color for max two days

I have bought two rings with rose gold coating. The coating started to peel off after one day for both rings, I have emailed them and asked for a new product with a hope, that it was just a defect. I got a new product with a promise that it was tested and it's going to hold, unfortunately the same thing happened after a couple of days, after I asked to return my money back, I got an answer that it is not possible because of their politics and they can offer me a 20% discount of my next purchase. What purchase if the product is going to the trash can after a couple of days??? I've spent 400dkk on something that's going directly to the trash. This is outrageous! Worst experience ever.
