70% bad reviews - customer care and online experience dreadful - BE WARY
I ordered online and picked the 4 pounds option for HOME delivery - this was changed by ARKET to INPOST locker collection which I am unable to do. I contacted customer care when I realised ARKETS mistake to be told that the order was now processed - matter closed.
When the InPost delivery was not collected it returned to stock.
I then re-ordered the item and paying the 4 pounds for HOME delivery only for ARKET again ! to revert to their IN POST choice..again I contacted customer care who couldn't change the delivery !
Customer care doesn't exist - their online service is faulty and I am frustrated disappointed and dismayed.

items arrived 6 days later. Package had been opened and resealed from UPS and items inside looked to have been tampered with.
spent the whole morning trying to obtain a returns label as although their website says you can print off for a post office drop - this is invalid.
After calling 3 times and speaking to 3 separate people I finally get a UPS returns label sent by email. Avoid this company - never experienced such chaos and Customer Service does not exist !!
Food and service - Excellent
18th March'25 visited Covent Garden store for small lunch - had the best meal ever -mushroom soup like I had never had before! Delicious, economical and lovely service from the girls. I noted other customers around me were also enjoying their time there, staying for a long time to enjoy the food and ambience. Well done!
Company refuses to process returns
Company refuses to process returns. After multiple e-mails and contact with the customer service, they just blame the system. So it means they keep the product and the money that were paid for the product. Sounds really strange for a shop like this.
I have been shopping in Arket for all my family, but after this I have to say goodbye, even that I like the clothes and the quality. But if there are big issues with returns that they cannot solve internally, I find it unacceptable and please really be very careful if you shop online, there's a chance that at some point they will just decide not to return your money.

Terrible Customer Service – Still No Refund After Over Two Months
I returned an item to Arket via courier on December 6, 2024, and as of February 16, 2025, they have refused to process my refund. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
First, it took an unreasonably long time just to receive a return label. Then, after returning the item, I had to constantly follow up through calls and emails, only to be ignored. Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager, no one has gotten back to me.
To make matters worse, I live in Canada and had to make long-distance calls just to try and get an update—only to be met with silence. I am still waiting for a $500 refund, and at this point, Arket’s complete lack of accountability is beyond disappointing.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand of this size. I expected at least basic customer service and accountability, but instead, I’ve been met with delays, unresponsiveness, and refusal to process my return. I will not be shopping with Arket again and strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase—especially if ordering internationally.
On top of the awful customer service, the quality of the clothing is poor. I reluctantly kept two pieces, even though I wasn’t impressed with the quality, only because I had to pay duties—which made the overall cost extremely expensive. I returned three items because the quality was terrible, and the styles looked completely different from the website. The reality of shopping with Arket is overpriced, disappointing clothing and a nightmare if you need to make a return.
Disappointing Customer Service and Unfair Refund Policy
I placed an order (#*****3760) with Arket on 28 December 2024, expecting delivery to my home address. However, the parcel was left unattended in a shared lobby without my consent. When I retrieved it on 11 January 2025, the package had been opened and was empty—the items were missing.
I immediately contacted customer service and provided photo evidence. I also offered a video recording, but they never requested it. Despite this, Arket wrongly claimed the parcel was delivered to a “safe place” and refused to issue a refund. I escalated my case multiple times, but customer service ignored my concerns, refused to escalate to a supervisor, and denied my refund request without a proper review.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered securely and as described. Arket failed to meet this standard but hid behind internal policies rather than taking responsibility. I have now filed a chargeback with my bank and reported this to Trading Standards.
I expected much better from Arket, but their handling of lost parcels and customer complaints has been extremely disappointing. If you order from them, be aware that they may refuse to help if something goes wrong.

Terrible customer service, useless, rude and incompetent. It's a part of H&M group, also known for its custom 'friendliness'. Do finally something with your custom policy!!!
Uncaring store
I visited the store on Regent St, London. I am in my 60's and suffer from arthritis. After a full day in London I was in some pain so whilst I waited for my son to shop on the second floor, I sat in an area behind a display but was told that I could not sit there and to move. There was one chair in the whole of the store which was taken up by a teenager. I did feel that this was unsympathetic and the area I sat in was not actually the display plus there was no signage stating do not sit here. If the store does not want customers sat in certain places then they need to supply seating surely, think this is disgraceful.

Bad. No communications post order when it was arriving and took a week and a half to get an email, two weeks after ordering to arrive. Now I’ve returned items because I feel they are expensive for what they are and I have no idea if it’s been received/ the status of my refund. It’s a shame as some of their clothes are interesting but the pain of the customer experience simply isn’t worth it. Not good enough and very unfavourable compared to most online shopping experiences. Think twice.
Delivery was supposed to take 5-8 days
Delivery was supposed to take 5-8 days. After almost three weeks, I still hadn’t received the product. I called customer service many times, the first time they said it had shipped, the second they said it was still in their website then the last time they said they would refund me and I wouldn’t get the product and that I’ll have to wait 10 days to be refunded. Very disappointed with the service here.

I placed an order on December 12th, and today, January 25th, I have yet to receive it.
I’ve been in constant communication with your customer service team, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. A live chat agent informed me that the issue would be escalated and that I should monitor my email for updates. However, weeks passed with no resolution. When I reached out again, I was told to email customer service, and after doing so, my case has been under investigation for weeks with no progress.
The proof of delivery image shows that the package was left outside a building, but I was unable to determine which building or locate the package.
Additionally, the live chat support team has provided conflicting information, which has only added to my frustration. I have tried to be patient, but the lack of transparency, delays, and mixed messages have left me feeling like my concerns are not being addressed seriously.
Please resolve this matter promptly, as I am tired of waiting. The lack of clear communication and ongoing delays is unacceptable, and I expect a swift resolution.

Wrong items -- zero solution
Like many others here, I’ve had a terrible experience with my latest order from Arket. First, the delivery time was a joke—9 days to arrive, far longer than promised. Then, when the package finally showed up, one of the items was completely wrong. I ordered a pair of shorts but received pants instead. How do you even mess that up? When I contacted customer service, their "solution" was insulting: return the wrong item and reorder the shorts. Seriously? It’s the sales season; of course, the shorts are now sold out. And all they responded was that “unfortunately” they couldn’t do anything about this. Unbelievable.
I want to emphasize that I truly love Arket as a brand, but the way they handle online orders is a major issue, and it’s honestly ruining the experience. I’ll think twice before ordering online from them again.

Items did not arrive to my local shop for collection in time before my holiday. I contacted customer support who told me that if I did not collect them then I will be automatically refunded. It has been 3 months now with numerous messages and I still have not received a refund

Sent me the wrong item. Offered no solution beyond me having to go through the time and effort to return it and couldn’t re-order my actual clothing item. Not that it’d matter as I needed it for the day after the wrong thing arrived (and paid £10 shipping)!. Joke of a company with terrible customer service
