Ark design/build Reviews 

We were fortunate to have the Ark Design and Build team erect and install our Galaxy swimming pool enclosure. The enclosure is 11 metres by 7 metres by 2.4 metres high and is to span our 8 meter x 4 metre small pool. Not only was a first class job done in the erection of the enclosure, but so also was the logistical precision of the undertaking. The day before the installation; platforms and trellises where delivered and placed considerately on the drive. At 09:00 the following day the team arrived, having travelled up from Kent in readiness for the Galaxy delivery which arrived at 09:30. They unloaded all the parts and checked each for signs of damage and the consignment for completeness. They then checked with us to determine exactly where we wanted it located in respect to the pool. After a short discussion we agreed the Galaxy enclosure would be fitted such that the pool was biased to the top left-hand corner. They then set about the installation. During this time a skip was delivered. Once the job was complete they demonstrated how panels were opened and closed as well as the child-safe sliding door lock operation. All packaging was placed in the skip (which was collected later that day) and platforms and trellises stacked neatly for collection. All three members of the team were polite and considerate throughout. As an ex RAF Chief Technician I was most impressed with the logistics of the undertaking and the technical standard of the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for this type or similar undertakings.

Absolutely Brilliant

Tim and Piers have absolutely transformed the bottom of our garden with our amazing studio! We set a brief expecting that we inevitably would have to compromise in some way - and in fact we got more! And exactly what we wanted with all our needs anticipated- even down to an outside power source!

Brilliant and the best thing was how polite and considerate they both were!

We will definitely be using them again in the spring!

Had Piers & Tim back in as they did such a fab job on the studio that I'm still very much enjoying (see earlier review). We had cracked and frankly ugly paving and concrete around the outside of the back of the house. Didn't want more paving esp. now we have a modern room. We consulted about colours - lots of choice - and went for a yellow and grey rubber flooring to give the garden a pop of yellow. It looks great and, as always, a professional delivery to a high standard and was all completed in a day. I think I might start a trend! Certainly a service from Ark I'd recommend.

Piers and his team worked tirelessly on our project through sun and rain, always cheerful and polite, and happy to answer any questions along the way.
A punctual, courteous and professional company that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They take great pride in getting it right first time and our garden was immaculate when they left. We are 100% happy with the project and would like to again extend our thanks and gratitude.
