I have watched Ray on shoptv for some time promoting his silk duvets and pillows - I already owned a summer weight silk duvet which I purchased elsewhere and I enjoy using it in the heat of summer to stay cool.
My main 10.5 duck and down duvet needed replacing and Ray convinced me that his duvet would keep me warm in the winter although I don’t recall a tog rating being quoted but it was sold as an all year round duvet and he said it would keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
I ordered the duvet and a silk pillow to go with it.
Arrived extremely quickly and the quality of the product seemed good but this duvet is not warm and cosy and I’ve been cold in bed - I resorted into attaching my 3.5 tog silk summer duvet to it to try and add some warmth.
I am still waking up in the early hours feeling cold- my previous duck and down was like sleeping under a cloud and I was always warm and cosy regardless of how cold it was so being cold in bed is a new and unpleasant experience.
I’m now going to purchase another duvet similar to my old one and will just use the silk one in the warmer months.
The silk pillow is nothing special and no better than the pillows I already have so glad I only bought one to try.
Overall this was a very expensive mistake and not an investment that I thought I was making- so be warned if you want a duvet to keep you warm in the winter unless you are a very overheated person this will not be the one for you.

We bought a double layer drying coat at Chatsworth country fare. We were sceptical, however our spaniels love water, they come back to the car soaking wet, we put the coats on and after a 15 minute car ride, wearing the coats, they are dry, happy and clean. One of our springers hates being wet, he loves the coat, doesn’t rub to dry himself and doesn’t want to have it taken off.
This is a game changer for us

Which bought over year ago from tv shopping so much now have second one. Really great it's warm when cold and light and cool in summer. Also level of service is first class I bought pillows, found not soft enough for me... one phonecall - return label and sorted. Can't remember last time had this great shopping experience.

We’re do I start.I ordered 2 pillows 2 pillowcases and a super king size duvet Slik cover for my wife’s birthday present.On the day off the delivery my parcel got lost my heart stopped.it was my wife’s birthday the next day.phone Arkay sales uk up and a lovely guy name martin answered the phone.Told him what had happened and what the items was for my wife’s birthday the next day. He went in to action he reordered them a told me he would send them by special delivery so I would get them the next day for my wife’s birthday.As he said the came the next morning and he saved the day is a understatement.The items are top quality and the best we ever had in 40 years.When you sleep on the pillows and in the duvet Slik cover you get a total different sleep to what i use to get and the quality is second to none.like to thank Martin his Dad Ray for everything the did for me to make sure I got them in time for my wife’s birthday.The customer service in the best I’ve come across in over 40 years of get things from other companies.If the world had more people like Martin and his company in it would be a better place.thanks for everything Derek and paula ❤️

The worst pillow I have ever bought. Poor quality, not as described, and fibres on the pillow cover suggest polyester not silk. I have just bought a so-called Mulberry silk pillow described on ShopTV as medium firm with a core. It is not medium. It is has virtually no support and squashes almost flat to the bed. There is no internal core for head and neck support.
I would never recommend this product

Disappointed with my non silk pillows. 😕 Not happy to discover that I have not purchased Mulberry Silk pillows at the Housebuilding & Renovating Show at the Bath & Sumerset showground this weekend. SCAM they are Polyester Silk. NOT real silk as described at the show.

Fantastic product and customer service!

I recently bought 3 Groomit dog drying coats from Arkay at an exhibition at the N.E.C.
When I got home I discovered they were slightly too small, I should have got the next size up for my Springer Spaniels. I called Arkay and they immediately offered to swap them and they arrived a few days later.

Brilliant after sales service, thank you Guy, they are perfect now :)

Excellent service. I had a small problem with a product which was replaced immediately with no problem. If only all customer service was this good.

Purchased the Mulberry Silk pillows a month or 2 ago. Did not disappoint great product. Recently washed and tumble dried them came out as new without losing shape or sleep support. Brilliant product

Complete scam of a website. 5 things ordered at different times and 3 days late refunds of payment and no email saying why. Clearly a fraudulent company and reported to Trading Standards.

Very happy with the service. I purchased a silk duvet and pillow, which I love. I have dealt with may companies and deliveries recently as just moved home. These folks have been the only ones that managed to send A) what I ordered and B) for it not be be faulty or damaged. I was promised next day delivery and it arrived. They detected the desperation for my urgent need. A company that does what is says is brilliant in my book. Thanks again.
