Pretty good experience, a little clunky with transfer of funds, but overall went well. Wish there were more properties featured.

Love the concept
Love the concept! The sign-up process was a little cumbersome since my credit unions don't seem to play nicely with Plaid, the financial interface. But eventually I got it working. Would be much better if you could use a bank debit card.

It's quite hard to sell the shares we own due to less liquidity. Perhaps it will be great if the company allows the options to buy back at original purchase price at least to attract more buying interests.

First timer trying Ark7
Everything was easy online and transactions are quick! I am excited to see how things go on 'Dividend Day'! :-) I've never done anything like this before and I had heard good things about Ark7, so I'm excited that I have investments I can afford!
