This business is one of the worst…

This business is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I did purchase a merchandise from them in Mid December. Six weeks later, I still don't have it. And each time, I send them an email, they ask for my patience. Furthermore, they have lost the order and do not refund given that they have lost it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET.

Bait & Switch

I was scammed by this company on FB. They advertised a popular smoker grease bucket that is sold in the USA. I ordered and it tools weeks to get a piece of junk grease bucket that came from Poland. I contacted the company multiple times and never got a refund or the bucket they originally advertised. I was a victim of “Bait& Switch”.
Be careful of this crooked company.

COMPLETE SCAM...do NOT buy!

COMPLETE SCAM...do NOT buy!! Chinese company that uses false advertising, overcharges, refuses to honor cancellations or refunds and scams customers with junk products that are falling apart.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Arisefrom after seeing an Instagram ad (which they don't even have their own social media channels). I realized quickly after doing a Google search that the company was a scam and requested a cancellation within minutes. They ignored my cancellation, then created a fake shipping label in Ireland after acknowledging my email. The jeans didn't actually ship for days after that and came from China to Ireland. They didn't arrive to me for weeks.

I also noticed they overcharged me on my credit card, and my credit card couldn't even trace the "vendor" listed on the charge.

When they did arrive they were terrible quality. No tags, stitching coming apart everywhere and nothing like advertised. I sent photos, requested a refund and let them know about the mischarge on my credit card. They claimed their "warehouse inspection" showed the jeans that were shipped were correct and fine, refused to accept a return and offered me $6.

Everything on the Arisefrom website is fake and a lie, including the "About us" section. They use a stock image which can be easily found in a Google search, and claim it's the owners Sean and Erin who met in Texas, when the entire story is not true and a complete lie. It's a fake image and a Chinese company. Something needs to be done to shut these down!

Total Scam

I placed an order for my wife back in April. They show that the order was shipped but once it supposedly reached the United States, all of a sudden , it no longer showed movement. After waiting a couple of weeks with no movement still, I contacted Arisefrom support and they said that they would send another one out. This time, it showed delivered but I never received it. I checked with the post office and they told me that the tracking number that Arisefrom gave me, was not in my name or address. I called them again, and once again, they said that they were sending another out. Once again, the tracking shows delivered, and once again, I have still not received the order. They refuse to refund my money. Obviously, this company is a scam. The one thing that they are good at though, is answering your emails. None of the information is correct, but they do answer you.

Slow shipping and no way to request a refund/return

I placed an order on TikTok early in July. There was no indication it was coming from Ireland. I finally got the clothing over 6 weeks later, but I don't think it is as good as it claimed. I want a refund, but I cannot find a way to contact the company. By the way, the order isn’t even showing up on my history on TikTok shop.

I too kept getting wrong information.
1st they sent tracking info that the bra was originating in Florence Italy. I wrote to them asking why it has been sitting in Richmond, VA for 10 days.
Then they gave me another tracking # and GUESS WHAT? It's origin CHINA. And know it's in a post office 20 min from my house.
I will believe it when I see it!
I sent them a "I DEMAND a REFUND NOW" email. Pretty sure they will again blow me off!

I bought a romper dress

I bought a romper dress. The product I received amonth later was very poorly made and the material was the same as an oversized bathing suit. The straps, with threads already falling out, dug into my shoulder (I quit trying it on after I got one strap on because it scratched my shoulder and made it bleed). The ad stated the dress offered tummy control and breast support. It did neither. The cups (?) were tiny, one was folded over, and the other kept wandering. The material was so loose that it drooped around the stomach. And when I asked to return the item for a FULL refund? Well, 12 emails later and all they've offered is a $12 credit. This is their "best offer." Horrible!!!

The Ick on the bottom of my shoe

Total SCUM,

They are scamming and taking advantage of people every where. I look forward to knowing that people like this, always get what’s coming to them.

Update: I payed through PayPal, I started a dispute, it took a few weeks. So I went to my bank and was refunded IMMEDIATELY. Then PayPal finally responds saying the case was resolved “in my favor”. Yeah I know!!!!!!!

If I could rate them a 0, I would. I ordered the dress with short, ones that we see pushed so much on Facebook. I ordered a bigger size than I wear and I still could not put the dress on and look decent. It is said to have a built in bra, and it barely covered them! Then to get the shorts on, hell I had to almost sit down to even get into them. Then to try and return is stupid, they want you to send back on your dime and it is out of country so I would be spending more to return than to buy them in the first place! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Plus they took over a month and a half to get to me.

Do not give this company your money

Do not give this company your money. This is a total scam I should have done my due diligence and did some research. This company is not in the US and they are not from the USA. They are located in France and many of there products are second hand. They purchase locally at the market clean up and resell from a profit. I order a grill on 23 July and the package is still in France. I contact Apple Card and while they did refund my money. I am not sure I will ever see the product based off the reviews. Again this is not a US based company. Run as fast as you can.

Worst experience

Worst experience. I ordered for my daughter and they did fit as expected. I asked to make the return and they asked me to send pictures of the label and the QR code. It took them two days to respond just to say that it was not legible for return. The website says 30 days. All they offered was $9 credit.

No real return option

No real return option. My order was duplicated and I requested to cancel immediately. They said to receive the order and deal with the return later. The first pair of pants arrived. I ordered petite because I am only 5 foot 1. And they are too short. The pants are also too big. I requested a return and they offered me a five dollar refund. They have no return option in the United States. They offered a $5 refund. I now have 2 pairs of the same pants that is too short and too big. Not worth the hassle.

Don't Waste Your $$

Waited over a month to finally receive the viral jeans...the button was almost hanging off, the stitching is uneven/crooked, and it isn't even made of jean material. It is something odd and stretchy. Reached out about this, no response.
